Which is a part of our brain responsible for detecting danger and an over-activation of the nervous system.
This can result in racing thoughts,
Shallow breathing and tension in the body.
This meditation is designed to address anxiety by gently guiding your mind to a state of deep rest and spaciousness,
Using a simple anchor to ground your awareness.
You can listen to this meditation while sitting,
Lying down or even moving.
If you drift away,
It will still work on your subconscious mind,
Helping you to embrace the state of being more deeply.
So,
Settle into a comfortable position,
Allowing your body to fully relax.
Feel the weight of your body supported by the surface beneath you.
You are held.
You are safe.
You are exactly where you need to be.
Let's begin by gently bringing your awareness to your breath.
Notice the natural rhythm as the cool air enters through your nose and the warmth as it leaves.
There is no need to control it.
Just notice it.
Let it flow,
Effortless and free.
Now silently repeat this anchor to yourself.

Say it softly in your mind as if you're whispering it to your heart.
Nowhere to go,

As the words settle in,
Notice how they begin to create a spaciousness within you.
Reality is already whole,
Complete,
Just as it is.
There is no urgency here,
There is no need to fix or change anything.
Can you allow yourself to simply rest in this truth?
If thoughts arise and they might,
Observe them like clouds drifting across the sky.
You don't need to engage with them,
Just let them pass,
Returning gently to the anchor.

Sink deeper into the infinite nature of being.
Feel how beneath the noise of the mind there is a vast and silent presence.
This is you.
This is your essence,
Spacious,
Eternal and free.
Notice how in this moment everything feels whole.
The breath moves,
The heart beats,
The body rests.
There is nothing missing.
There is nothing more to achieve.
Life is complete and you are an inseparable part of its perfection.
So take a moment to really feel this truth.
Allow it to saturate every cell of your being.

You are already enough.
You are already home.
You are already there.

Begin to sense the playful infinite nature of being.
