Welcome to the 6-minute Morning Alignment Meditation for entrepreneurs and creatives. Begin by finding a comfortable lying or seated position. Take a deep breath in through the nose and slowly exhale through the mouth. Continue to breathe as comfortable, Ideally exhaling through the mouth each time. Now gently stretch, Perhaps rolling your shoulders, Tilting your head from side to side or reaching your arms up overhead. Move in any way that feels natural, Awakening your body to the day ahead. As you stretch, Feel the ground beneath you, Supporting you. Feel life itself holding you. You are not separate from the flow of nature. You are part of its rhythm. Bring your awareness to your breath. Notice the rise and fall of your chest, The gentle flow of air moving in and out. With each inhale, Invite in Presence. And with each exhale, Release any tension or expectations. Sense the vast intelligence of life moving through you, Whispering and guiding. Trust and feel your deep connection to it. Now, Ask yourself, What is my current state of being best suited for today? Take a moment to listen, But not with your mind, Rather with your whole body. Does your energy feel vibrant and ready to act? Does it call for rest and replenishment? Is there a pull toward playfulness and joy? Or, Is it a day for deep creation, Or perhaps for celebration and gratitude? Whatever answer arises, Honor it. Trust that life is guiding you to align with what is most needed today. If you feel called to action, Take a deep, Energizing breath. If rest is needed, Sigh out any pressure. If play is the theme, Smile and feel the lightness. If creativity is flowing, Sense inspiration moving through you. If it's time to celebrate, Feel the gratitude in your heart. As you slowly come back, Carry this awareness into your day. Trust yourself. Trust life. When you align with what is naturally available to you, Your efforts become effortless, Your rest becomes nourishing, And your creativity becomes boundless.
