Welcome to Spiritual Psychic,
I'm Sarah Wiseman.
Today we're talking about waves of emotion.
And again you'll find this channeling at divineoracle.
Org this particular channeling sequence of teachings.
Waves of emotion.
Feelings come in waves.
When you are riding a cresting wave,
Something is creating and you feel happy.
When you are riding a crashing wave,
Something is ending and you feel sad.
When you are riding a building wave,
Energy is gathering and you feel anticipatory.
Know where you are on the wave,
Cresting,
Crashing or building.
Also know you are riding many waves at once.
So the wave is a great tool to understand how change is moving in our lives and how we are being directed to what's new.
We've all been out in the ocean.
If you're a surfer or a boogie boarder or body boarder,
You know you sort of hang out in the waves and you wait for the wave to build and then you sort of kick off or jump forward,
Sort of lunging forward into the path of the power of the wave and you ride that wave.
And so after a while of being out there in the ocean,
You sense that the waves sort of come in sets.
They have this particular momentum.
There's this kind of sucking back as the wave gathers energy and then the wave builds up and then it crests and crashes over and sort of pushes out towards shore and then this repeats.
And then the thing to remember is that the wave that you're riding as a surfer or boogie boarder,
What have you,
It's just one wave.
You're catching one wave of many,
Many,
Many waves that are crashing all along the shore,
Wherever you are on the beach where you are and also all over the world and out in the ocean.
There are other waves that are creating the same wave formation.
So as people on the spiritual path,
What we can know is that when we sense a wave coming,
And a wave usually comes in terms of an event happening or something showing up in our lives,
We can begin to sense the energy of that thing.
We can sense something's arriving.
Some of you will feel an anticipatory feeling.
You'll sort of sense something's about to happen.
As the thing itself happens,
We can ride on that energy and feel the exhilaration of like,
Yeah,
It's here,
It's happening.
And then as the thing sort of is spent or is completed,
We feel like,
Okay,
That's done.
There's no more riding into shore on this wave.
There's actually a pulling back and a gathering for the next wave to come.
And a lot of you notice this when you're in periods of extreme flow in your own life.
You are very attuned and so you feel the thing coming,
The job or relationship or understanding or whatever it is that you're working on.
This thing is coming,
The event.
And then it's there and you're riding it.
And then there's the period of time when that's complete and you're sort of just sort of waiting for the next wave.
So it's very helpful to understand kind of where you are.
Are you in that anticipatory phase?
Are you riding the power?
Actually,
The anticipatory phase,
The time when it sort of crests and crashes on you or then the time when you're riding the power or the time when it's gathering back.
It can be really useful for those of you who aren't that familiar maybe with the ocean or wave patterns.
Go like,
Go to the beach,
Go to a lake that has a big wave pattern.
Even rivers have wave patterns,
A little bit different.
And just observe,
Observe how the momentum builds,
The momentum recedes and understand that this is part of how we work in terms of the energy of the events that happen in our lives and our ability to anticipate when flow is about to happen and then ride that wave of flow in our own lives.
