I’ve just played this 4 times in a row, hearing more every time that fits with my life. We played it as the morning meditation in our Group this morning and many others said the same. Thank you 🙏💐

Your ideas are beautiful. I appreciate you leaving this for us all to be reminded WE choose our intentions, our thoughts, our beliefs. I live in a very devaluing climate and it is hard for me. I love that I do not have to accept what others beliefs are, but I can choose who I will be despite my circumstances. The only feed back is to do one meditation fast, for those whith little time, like this one and then perhaps do a similar one with some process time in between your luscious empowering statements. I love to be able to think about towering ideas for a few seconds. Not all of us who listen in are enrolled in the Insight where you can pause. Thank you for teaching me about light! I have seasonal affective disorder and it feels heavy. Every day. I would love to lean into the light you speak of. My gratitude.
