Just land more softly in stillness with intention into the body and the space and the heart and the mind and the soul that you're in.
Allow that inner awareness to begin to land on whatever is unearthing from within you or around you for the sake of the greater growth that is at play.
We are being held in such grand and loving review of all the things that have made us who we are up until this very moment.
Whether you're leaning back into that through generational story,
Cultural legacy,
Through personal evolution,
Just notice what is rising to be seen.
What is alive within you for the sake of your greater,
Grander adventure of evolution in this moment?
There's so much loving care and attention and precision being offered to our growth and evolution from the divine.
All bones are being laid bare in the most beautiful and potent and devastating and existentially expanding kind of way.
So what is alive for you through this?
Can you feel into the beautiful sensitivity that is occurring within you and around you?
Our vibrational sensitivity,
Our vibrational awareness and intuition is waking on levels that we have yet to have experienced.
So it's not that all the things that are being unearthed are brand new,
Not by a long shot,
But we are sensitive and aware and awakened to the truth of them on a level that we haven't seen before.
How is this a value to you?

How does this set a new trajectory for you?
What is alive within you and creating mess and entanglement in you?
Can you feel down into the space of your beingness,
Noticing where you're being realigned and oriented and pressured to come into a deeper state of alignment,
Into a deeper state of congruence with what you know and how you see and the depth to which you feel and how you move yourself out to create in the world around you.
What becomes alive in your beingness as a result of the unearthings and the bones that are being laid bare in our culture and in our world,
In our communities?
What is alive within you?
Can you feel into that?
Like the relentless loving mother,
We are being held in a space with great pressure to evolve,
But all from a space of love.
What is wanting to come through you that guides you into a deeper state of congruence with the growth of the world and the growth of the self?
To say that this beautiful,
Destructive,
Cataclysmic,
Existentially powerful force that is moving through our communities,
Our world and ourselves is a part of something beautiful that is waiting to be born is an understatement.
In any evolution,
There is a death of being.
There's a separation to what the things that we once loved,
To who we thought we were,
To what we thought our world represented.
There's always a death.
There's a beautiful destructive force that brings through the change.
And we're in that now.
So to say that this will not be matched with a beautiful awakening of spirit and world and life on the other side,
Death and birth and love and life,
They all exist in the same resonance.
So the more we can lean into the beautiful chaos and trust the pressure,
Then the heat and the friction that comes through it,
The more we can lean in,
The more we activate the beautiful awakening,
Loving,
Life-filled birth that is to follow.
And the request of all of us and of you is to lean in,
To entangle yourself,
To follow the friction and the heat,
To notice what is rising,
To strip the bones bare within your life and within yourself so that you can trust the loving pressure that life is providing.
You can engage more fully in the birth of what is coming.
What does that mean for you?
What is being stripped down and burned away within your life?
How can you see that through a pure lens and love it for what it is,
Though it brings heat and friction and chaos so that you can engage in the creative force of this from a powerful and generative space?
And you can ground yourself deeply into the earth and the self and the world so that this valuable birth,
This beautiful new awakening birth that's happening within you is also happening at a great pace within the world around you.
We are at the beginning of our healing adventure as a world.
We can engage so deeply as individuals within the collective to amplify and catalyze that healing.
The future of healing relies just as much on the collective to nurture and pressure the individual as it is up to the individual to feed back in the resonance that's required for the collective to move us forward in the healing process.
We are just at the beginning.
We are awakening.
We are being initiated into a higher way of being,
A higher way of seeing,
Thinking,
Creating.
We are being initiated.
We are being awakened.
It's tough when we first wake up.
We can see the contrast of all that is.
All the things we've created for ourselves and for the world that can no longer be tolerated.
We have to see the heat and the friction in order to see what it is that we want to create that is cool and awakening and loving and life-filled.
So just trust that we're at the beginning.
Lean into the healing process.
Trust all sides of it.
Notice what that means for you.
Notice what has been activated.
What is rising?
What wants to move through you for you and for the world?
Can you feel the bigger trajectory,
The grander trajectory that this gives back into the world and humanity and collective consciousness as a whole?
Let it land.
Say it aloud.
Feel it deeply.
Move with it in congruence to the things that you do within your life and your leadership.
Hold it proudly and keenly to the heart.
