Welcome to this guided meditation on calling back your energy.
Begin by taking a comfortable position,
Whether that's seated,
Standing,
Or lying down.
Taking in a few full deep breaths at your own pace.
Relaxing any obvious signs of tension in the body.
Relaxing the jaw.
Picturing little half smiles on the cheeks.
Softening the eyes.
Allowing the shoulders to drop,
Releasing that tension from the body.
Visualizing that tension drifting down into the earth.
Repeating these words or using your own.
I release any energy that is not mine.
I release that from my body now.
I release other people's traumas.
Pain.
I release other people's physical sensations.
I call back my energy and my power.
Back to my body and to my body alone.
Visualize a white light above you.
Flowing into the body from the head.
Filling the body.
Enveloping the heart.
Flowing over the arms,
Down the legs.
Covering you from head to toe.
From the very top of the head to the bottom of the feet.
Breathing in this white light.
You are protected.
