Settling down into your space as we prepare to ease into this beautiful meditation bringing a sense of calm and ease to your mind,

Body and soul inhaling exhale through the mouth and let go take a deep breath in and let go inhale allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm as you bring awareness to the crown of your head softening through your forehead,

Face and jaw your head,

Neck and shoulders relax release your arms grow heavy your chest and belly soften your back,

Supported,

Can let go your hips fully release as your legs grow heavy and your whole body sinks into a space of relaxation the whole body is relaxed the whole body is relaxed the whole body is relaxed see yourself seated in a cabin in the woods through your window you gaze at the vast deep inky sky beyond it is scattered with stars you take a deep breath in and let go you allow peace,

Calm and love to flood your body,

Mind and soul you allow the breath to guide you to a place of tranquility as you sit safe,

Held and whole in your cabin as you gaze at the sky,

You watch as the stars twinkle and shine more stars than you ever thought possible,

Winking at you from the inky black you watch as a star shoots across the sky you rise from your chair as you take a deep breath in and out of the air put on your cozy coat and opening the door,

Step outside it is a crisp clear night the cool air kisses your skin and you take a deep nourishing inhalation filling your body with pure,

Clean air and let go you step out onto your porch,

Turning to gaze at the cozy room behind you fire glowing warm and inviting in the grate and then you begin to walk into your woodland you notice the rustle of the trees as the breeze softly moves through the branches the hoot of a distant owl and the soft crunch of the earth beneath your feet you are safe,

Completely held your cabin is in a clearing and ahead of you is a log of a fallen tree you come to the log,

Picking up a blanket you left there earlier and wrap it around yourself you sit on the ground with your back against the log you feel completely at ease you relax back against the log and completely let go you lift your face to the sky,

Drinking in the wonder and beauty above you the stars twinkling like glitter,

Covering the deep darkness some are brighter than others some bigger,

Some more distant others are clustered together they are all unique and beautiful,

Just as you are you sit and drink in the starlit night feeling completely at ease you notice one star in particular it seems to be calling to you,

To be particularly bright almost pulsing under your gaze you feel drawn to this star you breathe in rhythm with the star your star know that it is glowing just for you as you watch the star shoots across the sky a glittering trail of stardust in its wake you follow its path with your gaze and it seems to fall to earth in your woodland a little way ahead you get up and begin to walk back in the direction of the shooting star you feel the rich earth beneath your feet holding you grounding you the twigs and leaves crunch and crack as you walk the magnificent tree trunks surrounding you supporting and guiding you as their branches reach for the skies as you move through the wood you become aware of someone standing a little way in front of you this person is smiling warm and inviting they are known to you on some level you recognize their energy either from this life or another you sense their presence their compassion and kindness they have a message for you when you reach your guide they take your hands and you close your eyes you feel your body flooded with a loving kindness with a cleansing energy as your guide gives you a message you may not sense or hear this message immediately but it will manifest and come to you in the coming days it is here and it is meant only for you take a deep breath in and energetically receive this message delivered with loving light and kindness you give gratitude for the message received you know it holds great wisdom for you you thank the guide as they slowly turn and walk deeper into the wood you stand for a moment gazing at the night sky feeling the magic of the woods enveloping you breathe in and fully let go allow the magic of the woods to cleanse and clear you allow the loving kindness of the magic of nature to fill you up to allow yourself to be to free yourself from all that no longer serves you take a deep breath in and as you exhale letting go of all thoughts emotions actions or feelings that no longer serve you are no longer meant for you breathe them out into the woods allow them to dissipate in the air you are whole you are held and you are loved breathe in breathe out feel yourself held enveloped in the magic of the woods the ancient wisdom of the trees rooted and grounded deep into the earth feel the earth beneath your feet and feel yourself rooted and grounded into that energy allow yourself to rest in this awareness begin to walk back to your cabin feeling lighter and freer with each step you leave all that no longer serves you behind you in the darkness cleared and cleansed with each step you give gratitude and thanks for all the wisdom and magic of the woods you climb the step to your porch the fire still glowing in the hearth you give thanks for the night sky the stars your visitation from your guide and for magic you gaze into the woods and know that you can return here at any time you feel the message manifesting deep within your heart with a deep knowing wisdom inhale ease back into your body as you return into your cabin seated before the fire watching the flickering flame feeling completely at peace calm serene filled with a deep knowing feel yourself surrounded by loving kindness as you gently ease back gently begin to return maybe move your head gently place your hands upon your heart give thanks for this time we have shared together thank yourself for making this time take a deep breath in gently blink your eyes open and return to your day bringing with you the wisdom of the woods thank you for joining me today love and light
