Take a moment now to settle into your space wherever you may be.
Comfortably sitting down or perhaps lying.
Now I invite you to softly close your eyes.
Begin to bring your awareness to your breath.
Softly breathing in and out.
Drawing the breath down into the belly.
Holding it there for a moment.
And then letting go.
Breathing in.
Allow your breath to guide your mind into your body.
To become fully present in this moment.
As you begin to align your heart's desires in your life.
Inhaling.
Bringing awareness now to the crown of your head.
Gently moving through your body.
Just acknowledging how you feel today.
Physically.
Mentally.
Emotionally.
No right,
No wrong.
Just be knowing that I hold this space for you.
And for the next moments together all is well.
Feel yourself settling in.
Allowing your senses to open to the environment and sounds around you.
Awareness of the sensation of air touching your skin.
Your body touching the surface supporting you.
Let your room allow your hearing to roam into the distance.
Sounds within your room.
Sound of yourself breathing.
In.
Out.
Gently soften your face,
Jaw,
Shoulders.
Allow your body to become heavy.
Sinking into the earth beneath you.
Take a deep breath into your belly.
Hold it there.
Breathe in deeply into your belly.
Inhaling into the depths of your belly and your being.
Hold the breath there.
Feel yourself fully present in your body and your being.
The gentle rise of all of your belly as your breath comes and goes.
The beat of your heart and the life force of your very being.
Your body as a field of radiant,
Vibrant energy.
Take a moment to allow the following questions to arise in your mind.
Helping you to locate your deepest heartfelt desire.
Take a deep breath into your heart space.
Bringing awareness of that space deep within your being where your heart's desires are felt.
And allow any questions to arise.
Maybe they won't now.
Maybe this will occur in the following days.
But now you are listening.
Now you will hear.
Acknowledge and manifest your deepest heartfelt desires.
What is my deepest heartfelt longing?
What do I want more than anything from this practice of meditation and for my life?
What is the central theme or guiding principle that runs throughout my life,
That gives my life purpose,
Value,
Meaning?
What is the mission that life is asking of me as its unique expression?
Sense into your heart and welcome words and visceral feelings that may arise.
That are associated with your unique heartfelt desire.
There may be words or simply a sense,
A feeling.
Welcome whatever arises just as it is.
Knowing that it can take time for your deepest heartfelt longing to fully reveal itself.
If there are words,
Place them in a positive place.
I am loving,
Compassionate,
Calm.
I express truth in each moment.
Breathe into that space.
Into the very core of your being.
Into your heart.
Allow your heart to speak.
Now imagine that your heartfelt desire is actualised and true.
Visualise what it is like to be living from this deepest heartfelt desire.
Visualise yourself living in that space.
That this is your life.
Your heartfelt desires realised.
What actions are you taking in your life with respect to yourself,
Others and the world around you?
Allow your mind,
Body and heart to resonate with a sense of wellbeing and love.
Gratitude.
As you imagine yourself living from the deepest heartfelt desire.
As you are doing this,
Consider intentions that support living your deepest heartfelt desire.
For instance,
What steps can you take to express this heartfelt desire in a manner that gives your life or practice value,
Meaning,
Purpose.
Affirm now your heartfelt desire with your entire body and mind.
Feel grateful that you have received this message.
That you are connecting deep within yourself.
That you are listening to your heart.
And being guided into this space.
Knowing that all that comes from love,
Gratitude and kindness will be met with positivity.
That all life and action that manifests from our heartfelt desires will be true.
Allow yourself to be nourished,
Held and loved in this moment.
Know that you are whole.
That you are held.
And that you are loved.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Self to be.
Knowing that your heartfelt desires are already manifesting.
Feeling a deep sense of peace,
Serenity and love.
A deep sense of self within your very being.
