Evening Inner Peace

Surrounded by silence and stillness noticing the breath, feelings, and thoughts; give yourself permission to be as you are, here and now. Creating space to simply show up and without judgement. Visualize your day in a symbolic way and send it off with deep breathing techniques and soft music. Allow the mind to rest in presence and peace, opening to restful sleep. This meditation may be repeated as an evening ritual.
