Welcome to the Renewal Meditation.
Right now,
I'm actually recording it with full moon energy in the springtime,
Which is a beautiful time for renewal.
But renewal can happen at any time.
So whenever this meditation lands for you,
I want you to know that it's timeless,
That you came to this meditation exactly when you needed it.
We are going to do a journeying today.
And I want you to remember that everybody feels and sees things differently.
Some people have a hard time visualizing.
And I really want to encourage you to allow yourself to work through this meditation and allow it to come however it's meant to without judgment.
If you can't visualize,
Then make sure that you really tune into the feeling.
And just listening to my voice and allowing yourself to have whatever comes up to come up without judgment.
I am inviting you to keep an open mind and know that what we are going to do is very similar to looking at the way the moons work and how six months from now will be the same moon.
So we are going to look at six months backward and six months forward,
And be able to heal the past and work on tuning into what that future self looks like.
I really believe that if we don't know where we're going,
Then we don't have clarity on what we need to do next.
When we can tap into that sensation,
That feeling of that future self,
Our mind doesn't know the difference between now and then.
And so it starts aligning our vibration to that future version that we're already feeling.
And that's the clarity that I want you to feel today.
So let's begin.
I would love for you to bring both hands to your chest over your heart,
Just in this comfortable position.
Allow yourself to be in a space where you're comfortable and ready.
And allow yourself to close your eyes,
Having both hands over your heart.
And I invite you to take a nice big breath.
Filling your lungs,
Feeling the breath rise.
And then exhale,
Release that breath.
Good.
We're allowing our bodies and minds to arrive.
Having another nice deep breath in.
Good.
And out,
Exhaling.
Letting your mind start to settle.
Nice big inhale.
One more time.
Good.
And exhale out.
This time,
I invite you to bring one hand on your chest and the other on your belly.
And I want you to really focus on expanding your breath into your belly.
We often will bring our breath into our chest and we will focus on the upper area of our body.
But when we bring our breathing to our belly,
Then we're allowing ourself to elongate the breath.
You might have felt pain in your upper back or your ribs.
And if we actually concentrate on the belly,
That's going to allow the breath,
Everything to relax.
It really helps.
So let's bring a nice big breath in.
And allowing yourself to exhale and really trying hard to have that inhale and exhale come from the belly.
Inhale again,
Feeling that belly fill.
And exhale,
Letting it out.
You might find it very difficult.
I know I do.
And it requires some concentration.
So let's try that one more time.
Big inhale.
And exhale.
Good.
And you can allow your hands to fall wherever they feel comfortable.
Keeping your eyes closed and listening to my voice.
I would like to protect the four corners of this space.
Before we journey,
Asking my angels to protect the four corners.
For you and myself,
Knowing that only love and light is allowed in this space.
Our intention for today is to heal and clear the past six months and allow ourselves to move forward into the future with clarity.
Knowing what that future version of ourself looks and feels like.
And so it is.
And so it is.
And so it is.
And if you feel comfortable and want to,
You can call in your spirit guides now,
Asking them to come forward,
Asking them to be with you and guide you during this meditation during this journey.
Good.
And now I want you to just focus on your feet in your mind's eye.
Focus on the rise and fall of your feet.
Focusing on that feeling of the heel on the ground.
The toes lifting up.
And noticing what it is you are walking on.
Is it sand that feels warm?
Is it the earth that feels cool?
Are you barefoot?
Allow yourself to just focus on this piece of information and connecting to that feeling of the rise and fall of your feet.
Now allowing yourself to start looking around,
Noticing if there's water nearby,
Noticing if there's any trees,
Flowers,
Allowing your mind to set the scene.
What does your place of nature look like?
Allowing yourself to tap into the feeling of safety,
Of solitude,
Letting your shoulders come down,
Allowing your body to rest in this space.
Maybe you see a guide,
Just allowing yourself to take in the information without any judgment.
And then focusing on what's above you.
Is it a beautiful sunny day?
Are there clouds in the sky?
Are there birds flying by?
Allow yourself to take it all in.
Maybe feeling the warmth of the sun on your face.
And as you are walking in this place of nature,
Really noticing now all three elements,
The ground,
The middle,
And the sky above.
Letting this place of nature really come into your full awareness,
Into this full visualization.
As you are walking,
I invite you to notice some leaves,
The pile of leaves on the ground.
And it might look like very strange and out of place.
And I invite you to brush them away so that you can see what's underneath of the leaves.
And there's a trap door with a silver handle.
And I invite you to open up that trap door.
You're going to see a slide going down.
Or maybe you see something different and just let it come into your awareness.
And I invite you to just sit on the ground with your legs dangling into that slide.
Without sliding down.
And I invite you to imagine beautiful,
White,
Golden light.
Maybe from your hands,
Maybe from the sun shining onto the slide you can see going down.
This slide is a representation of the past six months.
And we are sending healing light.
And as you do,
Thinking about things that happened on this timeline,
Over the past six months.
And sending love,
Sending healing to that past version of you.
Good and imagining that whole slide,
Filling with beautiful white light circling all down that slide,
Representing the past going deeper and deeper down into the past.
Filling that slide with light.
And then allowing your legs to come around so that you're back on solid ground.
Closing that trap door.
And you can cover it back with leaves if you like.
And now I invite you to stand up.
And begin walking.
And I want you to notice this beautiful tree.
It's up ahead.
And allow your mind to visualize this beautiful tree that looks so magical.
Strong.
It has this beautiful presence,
And I invite you to walk towards it.
And I would love for you to ask your magical space for two chairs to the left of the tree.
And allow these two chairs to appear.
Noticing maybe what they're made of.
Or maybe they remind you of something.
And just taking note of it.
I invite you to sit in whichever chair you prefer.
Leaving the other chair empty.
And I invite you to call in your future self to sit in the other chair.
Allow the version of you that is six months from now.
Allow them to come forward.
And at first,
It might be difficult to visualize.
But just allowing certain pieces to come in.
Noticing if they look any different.
Noticing if they're more confident.
What does their overall energy feel like to be in their presence?
Does their energy seem lighter?
And just allowing yourself to notice maybe what they're wearing.
How they're carrying themselves.
Are they smiling?
And then allowing yourself to ask them.
How does it feel to be you?
And just allow whatever answer to come through without judgment.
First answer that comes in your mind.
How does it feel to be you?
Good.
And then asking,
What changes do I need to make now?
And one more question.
What do I need to release?
What is one thing I can release to become this version of myself?
Good.
And I invite you both your future self and your current self to stand up.
And if you feel called to give a warm embrace to this future version of yourself.
And imagine this beautiful white light coming out of the both of the crown of your heads.
Wrapping itself around the two of you.
Coming all the way around your shoulders.
This beautiful connection activation.
Allowing it to come all the way around.
Around your chest.
Around your stomach.
Your hips.
All the way down your legs.
Coming around your ankles and feet and all the way back up like this beautiful golden cyclone that's embracing the two of you and holding you in this beautiful golden light.
And remembering that you are this future version.
They are already here.
That timeline already exists.
This work is helping you to catch up with that timeline to align with it.
And being able to see and feel this version is allowing yourself to believe it's possible.
And it is.
It's already happening.
And allowing yourself to feel that white light.
See it all around both of you.
Good.
And then I ask that you find a comfortable space in your place of healing.
That you can lie down.
So just taking a minute to just take a quick check in breath.
So nice big breath in.
And out.
Good.
And then just moving to that place that you feel comfortable to lie down.
And imagining yourself feeling the earth or the sand underneath of you.
Feeling that support.
Feeling that you're being held.
Feeling the sunshine beaming on you.
But it's a beautiful nice warm light that feels like a blanket.
You feel that support,
That safety,
That warmth.
And as you inhale,
I want you to imagine inhaling that sunlight.
That beautiful white golden light.
And it's healing parts of you that need to be healed.
And you're drinking it in.
And on the exhale,
I want you to imagine that you're releasing anything that doesn't serve you.
You're clearing.
And you're allowing Mother Gaia,
The beautiful earth,
To help release that from you.
Pull any of that that you don't need anymore.
And we never want to leave it in the earth.
So we're asking the sun to transmute that energy,
That negativity that you left into the earth.
And the sun rises it up and transmutes it.
And then as you inhale,
You're drinking in that beautiful sunlight energy.
It's healing you.
Warming you.
And as you exhale,
You're releasing what you no longer need.
Allowing it to exhale out of your body.
Allowing that support system from Mother Gaia to help hold you.
And that beautiful sunlight being able to transmute the energy.
And drinking in that sunshine again into your body,
Into this beautiful positive healing warmth.
And allowing yourself to be here for a few more breaths,
Just allowing this cycle to continue.
Good.
And I invite you to stay here for a few more breaths,
Just allowing this cycle to continue.
Stay here if you like.
Or begin waking up your body and wiggling your fingers and toes.
Just allowing yourself to come back into this 3D world.
Remembering that you can come back to this meditation anytime you need it.
Knowing that it is here and available to you.
