Welcome to a journey through the chakras.
The chakras are energy centers of an intricate energy system within your body,
Your being,
Your consciousness.
If you don't know what the chakras are,
Don't worry.
Don't try to consciously perceive this.
What you're trying to perceive is way beyond your mind.
So allow your higher or your inner self to provide you with the right answers to move you forward.
Make sure you're in a comfortable seated position with your spine straight.
To begin,
Imagine you have a string connected to your spine and someone is standing over you and gently pulling on that string.
Allow your body to relax as each vertebrae aligns and straightens.
This is relaxing you.
This is clearing the line of communication between yourself right here,
Right now,
Connected to the present moment and your divine unconditionally loving blissful self above or within however you perceive it is perfect.
Today we will be moving on to the crown chakra,
Also known as sasrara chakra.
The crown chakra is the color violet.
The crown chakra is also known as the thousand petalled lotus.
The crown is our tether to spirit.
The crown is our tether to that which we cannot see but we know exists.
The crown brings you into the sensation of being connected with consciousness,
Energy and the space in between.
You may never have ever connected with your crown before so I am going to help you do that now.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Bring your awareness to the top of your head.
This is where the crown chakra resides.
The top of your head faces the sky.
By facing the sky it is open to connection from anything that is above,
Physically,
Metaphorically,
Energetically.
I want you to speak to whatever it is that you feel is above.
I want you to acknowledge that it is there.
Now you may not be able to consciously understand what it is but deep down there is a feeling,
There is a knowing,
There is a sense of connectedness eternally.
I want you to tune into that sensation that you are ever present,
That you will always exist and always have existed in different forms.
Before you were born on this plane,
This earthly plane,
You made a decision.
Let's say you signed a contract.
You decided exactly where you were going to go,
Who you were going to be,
What you were going to experience.
Whether good or bad,
You accepted it and then at the very end you decided to forget.
You decided to forget all of it so that you could be born here on this earth with no recollection of where you came from,
Only so that you could experience coming back to yourself.
You've always known there has been something else,
You've always had this inner knowing about everything.
Maybe sometimes you didn't want to acknowledge it but now you do.
By deciding to come to this plane you agreed to take on all of the human emotions and live your life through the five human senses.
You forgot that you had a sixth sense but with practice you can remember.
Have you ever noticed a coincidence?
Thinking of something or someone and then it happens upon you.
Have you ever noticed a synchronicity that couldn't be explained?
Almost like a glitch in the matrix playing with our minds,
Daring us to delve deeper.
The Hasvara connects us to that which we cannot see.
Consciousness is what we are.
Consciousness is all around us.
Like an underground system of roots in the earth buried deep down,
We are all connected via consciousness.
This is merely energy,
Complex,
Miraculous and wondrous.
Have you ever wondered why you just know some things?
But you know the truth when someone is lying or you can tell when someone is upset just by the energy in the room.
Or you see something strange like an animal or an insect in a place that usually there wouldn't be one.
Or a sense of déjà vu like something you are experiencing has actually happened before.
Your crown connects you with your higher self.
Your higher self is the one that signed the contract.
Your higher self is there communicating to you through your intuition because you are constantly,
Ever presently,
Unconditionally,
Lovingly guided.
Now it is time to give permission for a clear line of communication between yourself and your higher self right now.
Repeat after me,
I allow my higher self to speak to me and send me messages of guidance all the time.
I want you to guide me higher self.
Permission is granted.
I'm not just listening.
I am watching,
Feeling,
Smelling,
Sensing and tasting everything that you want to give to me.
But I only give you permission to send me things that are of my highest,
Purest intentions.
My higher self,
I give you permission to lead me,
To be the best version of me.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Slowly wriggle your fingers and your toes and come back to now ever so slowly.
As you go forward today,
Wherever you may be,
Whatever time of day it is,
Know that you are now the creator.
You are now grateful.
You understand the flow of the universe.
You know that everything happens just as it should.
You know your strong intuition is your connection to your higher self.
Your connection to the universe and the divine enhances your reality.
It helps you to belong where you need to belong.
It helps you be in the right place at the right time.
It reminds you that all knowledge comes from within and that you are always ever presently,
Divinely,
Lovingly connected at all times.
