I am Sarah and I'm so grateful to welcome you to this affirmation journey.
Today we're turning your attention toward the most precious thing you have,
Yourself.
Self-love is like an inner compass.
It guides you towards ease,
Deeper connection and a life that feels true to yourself.
When you love yourself,
You open the door to abundance.
In your relationships,
In your body,
In your heart and yes,
Even your finances.
So today,
You will be gently aligning that compass back to yourself.
So when you're ready,
Find a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
And for a moment,
Feel the ground beneath you,
How it's holding you,
How it's supporting you.
And if it feels okay for you,
Let your eyes gently close now,
Turning your intention inwards.
Let's take a deep breath in and a long breath out.
And again,
Into your nose and out through your mouth.
With every deep breath,
Feel yourself becoming a little softer,
A little more present,
A little more here.
And now,
Let the following affirmations sink deeply into your inner world.
They are like seeds and each repetition allows them to grow,
To strengthen and support you.
And you don't have to believe every word completely.
You can just allow yourself to hear them.
Also,
Notice which ones touch you today and maybe carry them with you into your daily life.
So let's start and know that you can repeat them silently or whisper them softly out loud,
Whatever feels best for you today.
I love myself and I allow myself to receive everything I desire.
I open myself to love,
My own and the love of others.
I honor and respect myself and I create relationships that feel healthy and fulfilling.
I treat myself the way I would treat my closest friend.
I allow myself to appreciate who I am,
My past,
My present and my future.
I forgive myself with kindness and compassion again and again.
I speak kind words to myself.
I trust that I am good enough,
Exactly as I am.
I recognize my strength and I celebrate my victories.
I am allowed to ask for support and I receive it with gratitude.
I take good care of myself.
I choose what leads me towards healing and growth,
Even when it's challenging.
Mistakes are lessons,
They do not define me.
Every day I choose self-love consciously.
It is my anchor and my source of strength.
Take a moment now to feel how these words unfold within you.
How they settle deeper with every breath.
You have arrived within yourself.
Let your heart expand.
Let yourself be open.
And when you're ready,
Begin to softly return to the present moment.
Moving your fingers,
Your toes.
Taking one last deep breath in and out.
And open your eyes with a gentle smile.
Thank you for giving yourself this time today and know that you are worthy.
You are enough.
And you are love.
I'll see you next time,
Sarah.
