Welcome to Guided by Sarah.
I'm really glad you're here today.
Take a moment to pause and wherever you are right now,
Just arrive.
Settle in.
You can either sit down for this practice or lay in your bed maybe or on a comfy couch.
And when you're all settled in,
Bring your attention to your breath.
Let's gently begin to deepen it.
We'll do that by doing a little breath work practice.
So exhale the breath you are on right now and then inhale through your nose for four,
Two,
Three.
Inhale through your nose for four.
So two,
Three,
Four.
Hold gently at the top.
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And exhale slowly through your mouth for eight.
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
Let's do that again.
Inhale.
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold.
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And exhale for two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
One last time.
Inhale.
Hold.
And a long,
Slow exhale,
Just letting everything go.
Let your breath return to a natural rhythm now and notice if it feels slightly slower,
Slightly softer.
Maybe you feel your shoulders a little more relaxed,
Your jaw unclenching,
Your body beginning to settle.
Let's bring your attention into your body for a moment.
Feel if there are any areas that require your attention,
How your chest feels,
Your belly.
Notice your breath moving.
And if there's any tension,
You can let go now.
And from this place,
You begin to open.
And we will move into a few affirmations now.
If you want to,
You can repeat them silently in your head or say them out loud.
Or you can also choose to just receive them.
So let's start.
I am safe to be seen.
I am safe to take up space.
I am safe to soften and still be powerful.
I am creating a life that feels good for me.
I am allowed to feel good.
I am allowed to feel lighter.
I begin to release the pressure now.
The pressure to do everything perfectly.
To have it all figured out.
My body softens.
My breath deepens.
I respect my own energy.
I trust what feels right and what doesn't.
I am allowed to walk away from what no longer supports me.
I am allowed to choose differently.
I am becoming someone who moved through life with more ease.
More clarity.
More self-trust.
I speak to myself with kindness.
I support myself instead of pushing myself.
My past begins to feel lighter.
My old patterns are slowly losing their grip.
I don't carry them forward.
This moment is new.
Feel into your body.
Feel into your body again now.
Notice if there have been any shifts in your breath.
If there's more space now.
And I want you to know that you are supported.
You are allowed to grow at your own pace.
Your life is unfolding.
Step by step.
So let's take a final slow breath in.
And a long gentle exhale.
Slowly coming back into your body and the room you are in right now.
Maybe wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Maybe you have need to stretch or to yawn.
And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Reorient yourself into the room you are in.
And take this feeling of empowerment with you.
I'll see you next time,
Sarah.
