So,
I invite you to join me and ideally to close your eyes and if closing your eyes doesn't feel good for any reason,
You can just have a soft gaze at the floor or out a window.
And begin now by just taking a few full deep breaths into your belly,
Into your hips,
Into the base of your body,
Maybe even wiggling your toes,
Butterflying your knees a little bit,
Just saying hello to this lower half of your body.
And also see if you can allow yourself to be even 5 to 10% more supported by whatever surface you're sitting on.
And then I'd like you to imagine that you're extending your arms out on either side of you like a capital T shape.
And at the edge of where your fingertips would be,
The furthest reach of the outstretched arms,
That is,
We could say,
The end of your energetic aura.
So just make like a psychic recognition of where that mark is on your right and on your left.
And then imagine that you're also extending your arms in front of you and behind you.
And just take note where those endpoints are.
And also above you,
Above the crown of your head,
And below you.
And then we're just going to connect the dots.
Like imagine that you are tracing an invisible membrane around all of those points,
Just creating a container around your energy field,
Like this thin,
Clear membrane.
And the areas that we as women often just skip over or that are often weak in our energy bodies are around the lower halves of our bodies,
On the very bottom,
Like underneath our feet,
And also up the backsides of our bodies,
Especially then the lower half.
Especially be sure to fill in those areas too.
Give you some more moments to do this.
So now we can feel the membrane over our energy field.
And also often as women we tend to be more contracted in our energy,
Just thinking we need to keep ourselves small,
Sometimes invisible,
Just tightening up against external forces.
But see if that,
See if whatever range your energy field is in right now,
See if that feels good to you or if you want to expand it more.
Maybe you want to just relax it further out so you have more space.
Or maybe you're in a moment or a season of life where you're wanting to draw it more in and to feel more contained.
Just again,
This is a place where you can trust your experience,
Trust what feels right for you and adjust it.
And then something about working with energy is that energy follows commands.
So bring your awareness to your energetic root.
And in a male presentation that is around the perineum,
In a female presentation that is around the area of the womb.
And from your root center just set the command to allow your complex female energy to run as it wants to run through your system.
Just pause and feel that.
Trust your experience of that.
And then we're going to imagine that just above this energetic membrane around the crown of our heads,
Just above it,
You're going to imagine like a pearlescent colored light like you would find inside a seashell.
This is the color of neutrality.
You're going to feel that shower of light moving down through this entire energy field,
Like a just cleansing shower of this light that holds the quality of neutrality,
Clearing your space of any energy that is not your own.
And you can even set the internal command to clear out any energy that isn't yours,
Gathered at any point in time from anywhere in space.
And you can even see it just draining out the bottom of this energetic container.
I'll give you just a few more minutes for this cleansing.
Continuing to set the command as needed to just cleanse and release any energy that is not your own.
And then now that we've cleansed that out,
We're going to invite back in any energy of ours that we have lost or left in other places.
So we'll set the command,
I call my energy home now.
I call my energy home now.
And we collect it back from any points in time or space where we may have left aspects of ourselves.
We can even call it back from like if you've been on a trip recently,
Or even call it back from your phone,
Your computer,
Your car,
Your bed,
Your partner,
Your family.
I call my energy home now.
Give me a few more moments for this.
And one last time,
Just breathing through your whole body,
Breathing through your auric field and even envisioning this membrane expanding and contracting with your breath.
I'm saying to yourself internally,
I rest at home in myself now.
I rest at home in myself now.
Just take some moments just to notice how this feels.
Notice any shifts in how you're experiencing yourself between now and when you first join this video.
And we're going to carefully transition because transition is a key part of integration.
Ultimately the point is to integrate these practices and these awareness into our everyday moments.
That's where the rubber hits the road,
So to speak.
So I invite you to slowly come back with me,
Not rushing back into ordinary consciousness,
But rather taking some moments to keep feeling these dimensions of yourself,
Feeling yourself more energetically,
Feeling this boundary around the outer reaches of yourself as you slowly begin to open your eyes and come back into the space.
