So let's begin with an arrival meditation.
I invite you to close your eyes.
And the breath and the conscious breath is really the vehicle for transporting us from outer world awareness to inner world awareness.
No need to necessarily alter your breath in any way.
Just rise your breath from outer to inner.
And then you can start to feel the energy starting to become more attuned to your inner landscape,
Which is the area that we'll be tending to over these next couple of hours together.
If you feel comfortable,
You can start to let out some audible sighs,
Diving more deeply into the body away from the stressors of life.
Ah.
You can also ask yourself to come into current time.
Likely our minds are probably busy with all sorts of things,
But really just set that internal direction to come into current time.
And say hello to everything that you're coming from today,
Whether it's morning or night,
Or maybe even things that you're coming from yesterday,
The things in your life that you're confronting.
Saying hello to this material that is present with you on retreat.
There is no part of our lives that is separate from the spiritual path,
Our health,
Our money,
Our relationships.
It's all part of our spiritual journey.
So just noticing the curriculum,
The material that you are arriving with here today.
