During this morning mindfulness practice, we will gently bring attention to our natural surroundings through our sense of sight and hearing; as well as connect with our body sensations, thoughts and emotions. You are invited to find a natural area either outdoors or indoors. This could simply be your backyard, or an indoor space by a window you can look out of or by plants. Greet the day by connecting with the natural world and ourselves.
