Transcript

So,

Allow yourself to get into your meditative posture,

Whatever that is for you.

The only thing you can make sure of that the crown of your head,

Your crown chakra is aligned with the base of your spine,

The root chakra.

And you can gradually close your eyes if you feel like it.

Now gradually bringing your awareness to your body,

Letting your body relax.

Check what your body needs right now.

Now,

Gradually scanning your body from head to toe,

Bringing your awareness to your head,

Relaxing your head,

Your face muscles,

Neck,

Shoulders,

Arms and hands.

Relaxing your chest,

Your belly,

Upper back,

Lower back,

Relaxing your pelvis,

Relaxing your genitals,

Your hips,

Thighs,

Knees,

Calves and your feet.

Now,

Bringing your awareness to the base of your spine,

Your root chakra,

A ball of energy at the base of your spine that is red in color.

Feel this ball rotating and breathe in and out of your root chakra.

As you breathe in,

Channel your breath to the base of your spine and as you breathe in and out,

Feel this chakra opening up.

It is becoming more balanced in energy.

Keep breathing in and out through the root chakra.

As I tell you what this chakra is,

What it represents,

This chakra represents your worldly freedom,

Your balanced attachment or non-attachment to the world,

To the external surroundings,

To people,

To objects,

To experiences that are external.

As you breathe in and out through your root chakra,

Feel the freedom becoming balanced.

Experience this non-attachment which is a balanced attachment towards the world.

The balancing of the root chakra is balancing your freedom,

Your worldly freedom.

As you now move your awareness upward and place it just below your belly button,

This is your sacral chakra,

A ball of energy that is orange in color.

Breathe in and out of your sacral.

This chakra represents your bodily freedom,

Your freedom to be healthy,

Your freedom in sexuality,

Your freedom to honor and to respect your body,

Your freedom to take care of your body.

As you breathe in and out of your sacral chakra,

Feel that bodily freedom,

Feel this chakra becoming balanced.

As you now bring your awareness to the solar plexus chakra,

Just below your rib cage,

There is this ball of energy that is yellow in color.

Breathe in and out of your solar plexus.

This chakra represents your emotional freedom,

Your balanced attachment.

This helps you in being balanced in relationships.

Not too attached and not too avoidant,

But balanced.

As you breathe in and out of your solar plexus,

Feel this emotional freedom.

This also represents the freedom you experience in your own emotions and the balanced attachment with your own emotions.

As you now breathe in and out of your solar plexus,

Feel this emotional freedom,

This chakra represents the freedom of love,

Which means that you love others and you love yourself.

There is a balance between self-love and compassion.

As you breathe in and out through your heart chakra,

Feel this freedom of love.

And then moving your awareness to your throat chakra,

Your throat chakra is a ball of energy the center of your neck that is blue in color.

And as you breathe in and out through your throat chakra,

Feel this energy becoming balanced.

This chakra represents the freedom of truth,

Which means that when you are true to yourself and to others,

You are free.

Freedom is found in truth.

As you breathe in and out through this chakra,

Feel this opening up,

Feel your truth,

Your expression opening up.

And then moving your awareness to the third eye chakra in the center of your forehead,

A ball of energy that is indigo in color.

Breathe in and out through your third eye.

As you do that,

Feel the energy moving,

Becoming balanced.

This chakra represents the freedom in making decisions or freedom of decision making.

This chakra represents your connection to your own intuition.

When you follow your intuition,

You are free.

As you breathe in and out through your third eye,

Feel yourself being more connected to your intuition.

And then moving your awareness to the top of your head,

Your crown chakra,

Ball of energy that is violet in color.

Breathe in and out through your crown chakra.

And as you do that,

Feel the energy moving,

Balancing.

This chakra represents the freedom of the soul,

Which means your soul is free,

Which means that there is no attachment or there is a non-attachment to the ego,

To karma,

And the soul has freedom.

The soul realizes its infinite nature,

Not feeling limited.

As you breathe in and out through your crown chakra,

Feel the ego dissolving.

Feel yourself as you are,

The infinite,

Limitless being.

Now feel that balance in all the chakras,

Feeling that freedom,

Feeling yourself as the free being that you are.

And then gradually allowing yourself to come back,

Becoming aware of the body,

You can move your hands,

Your feet,

Wiggle your toes,

Move your fingers,

And then gradually,

Slowly in your own time,

You can come out of the practice and very slowly,

Gently open your eyes as this meditation comes to its completion.
