I welcome you to this meditation practice which is called The Treasure Within.
So let's begin.
You can allow yourself to get into your meditative posture,
Just making sure that your back is straight but also relaxed,
Bringing your awareness to a point in the line of your sight where your eyes rest naturally and gradually allowing your eyes to close and bringing your awareness to your solar plexus chakra.
There is a ball of energy that is right at the point just below your ribcage.
Feel this ball of energy below your ribcage.
This ball of energy is golden in color and breathe in and out through this solar plexus chakra.
As you breathe in,
Breathe in abundance and as you breathe out,
Multiply that abundance 10 times and feel this ball of energy becoming brighter.
And now as you breathe in,
Breathe in abundance and as you breathe out,
Multiply that abundance a hundred times.
Feeling this ball becoming stronger and as you breathe in,
Breathe in abundance and as you breathe out,
Multiply abundance a thousand times.
Feeling this ball becoming brighter and brighter.
This energy is your inner abundance.
Feel this abundance within you and all around you and now I want you to become aware of the things that you already have,
Of the abundance that you already have,
Of the love,
The joy that you already have and become grateful for everything that you have right now.
If you have a healthy body,
Be grateful for that and notice how valuable that is to just have a healthy body.
Feel this joy of health and now if you have love in your life,
Relationships,
Then feel grateful for the love that you have.
If you are able to enjoy nature,
Feel grateful for that.
If you are able to travel,
Feel grateful for that.
If you are able to have food,
Feel grateful for that.
If you have shelter,
Feel grateful for that.
If you have clothing and comfort,
Feel grateful for that.
If you are able to listen to music,
Feel grateful for that.
If you are able to listen to the chirping of the birds,
Feel grateful for that.
If you are able to smell the flowers,
Feel grateful for that.
If you are able to walk on this earth,
Feel grateful for that.
If you are able to see the beauty of this world,
Feel grateful for that.
If you are able to work,
Feel grateful for that.
If you are able to enjoy life,
If you are able to experience joy,
Feel grateful for that.
And I want you to notice how much abundance you already have right now.
And take a moment here to thank the universe or God or nature for this abundance that you already have within you.
And notice that all these feelings can be experienced within you at any moment.
Notice that all abundance is within you.
Become aware of the treasure within.
Connecting back to that ball of light at your solar plexus and connecting to the abundance within.
And now gradually bringing your awareness back to your body,
To your surroundings.
If you feel like stretching,
Moving,
You can allow yourself to do that.
And gradually in your own time,
You can allow your eyes to open gently and gradually coming out of this meditation.
