So,
We are now starting with the meditation for this session,
Which is called becoming telepathic.
Allow yourself to get into a comfortable posture.
Make sure that your back is straight,
Not too stiff,
Relaxed.
And gradually,
You can close your eyes and become aware of yourself.
Become aware of your own being.
Notice how you feel in this moment.
Notice any thoughts crossing your mind,
Just letting them come and go as if you're watching them from a distance.
And then bringing your awareness to your breath.
Really becoming fully aware of the flow of your breath as it goes in and out of your body.
If you find at any point of time your awareness distracted,
Without any judgment,
Gently once again bringing your awareness back to the breath.
Now gently bringing your awareness to your heart center,
Your heart chakra,
A ball of energy that is green in color right at the center of your chest.
This heart chakra has telepathic capabilities.
And through this heart chakra,
We activate the field of love with this other person with whom you want to have this telepathic communication.
So also allow yourself to feel this person,
Feel the presence of this person,
Even though this person might be away from you,
But really feel the heart of this person.
If you want,
You can maybe feel and visualize this beam of white light,
This cord connecting you with this person from your heart to their heart.
And really feel that love flowing between the two of you.
Sending love to that person,
Also receiving love.
Forming this love field,
This field that is beyond time and space.
This field that can expand to infinity.
Feeling that deep connection in your heart.
Maybe you can feel the love that you are sending and receiving.
Now gradually bringing your awareness to your throat chakra at the center of your neck.
This blue colored ball of energy.
Feeling this energy in your throat.
And now sending out a message without words,
Maybe just sending love and intention of love or sending some thoughts of love to this person.
Maybe just expressing how much you love them.
And also,
This chakra is the capability of listening,
Just sensing what you can sense about this person.
Maybe sensing their intention,
Their thoughts towards you,
But really becoming silent within and listening beyond words.
Maybe you can feel what they feel about you.
You can feel their energy.
And then moving your awareness to your third eye chakra,
Right at the center of your forehead.
The center being just between your eyebrows.
Feeling that sensation of energy in this energy ball that is indigo in color.
And now allow yourself to meet this person in another dimension,
In the astral plane.
You can simply visualize this person sitting right in front of you,
Even though they might be physically away from you.
Just experiencing their presence as you visualize them.
As if you both are sitting together and having nonverbal communication in silence.
Maybe just smiling at each other,
Acknowledging each other's presence in this higher dimension.
Simply moving your awareness to the crown of your head,
Your crown chakra.
And now connecting to this crown chakra of yours,
That ball of energy that is violet in color.
Here for clear cognizance,
A deep inner knowing.
And now you can ask this question to yourself.
What do I know about this person or about this relationship?
What do I know about this person or about this relationship?
And really connecting to that deepest aspect of yours,
Your soul,
Your consciousness,
Your pure awareness,
Your inner being.
And let the answer not be intellectual and be experiential.
As you ask this question,
What do I know about this person or about this relationship,
Allow yourself to become totally silent within and just experience the knowing.
And now if you feel like it,
You can maybe visualize giving this person a hug,
A warm loving embrace,
Feeling that connection beyond the mind and the body,
That connection of spirit,
Of two souls communicating telepathically.
And then whenever you are ready,
Gradually allowing yourself to come back,
Becoming aware of your body,
Your physical body.
Take a breath.
Can move your hands,
Your feet if you feel like it.
And then in your own time,
Gradually you can come out of the practice and open your eyes.
