We are starting with the meditation for doing inner work to draw healthy boundaries and relationships.
You can gently close your eyes and as you close your eyes bring your awareness to the base of your spine.
At the base of your spine there is a ball of energy.
This is your root chakra.
This ball of energy is red in color.
Breathe in and out of your root chakra.
As you breathe in channel your breath to the base of your spine and as you do that feel the energy building up at the base of your spine.
You can feel this chakra,
This energy moving.
And now just for a moment reflect on your physical needs.
Your root chakra is your center for your physical needs.
What are your physical boundaries?
How much space,
Time do you need for yourself?
Just reflect on that for a moment.
Now moving your awareness to your sacral chakra located just below your belly button.
A ball of energy that is orange in color.
Your sacral chakra is your center for emotional needs.
Breathe in and out of your sacral chakra.
As you breathe in channel your breath to this point just below your belly button and feel the energy moving.
Now reflect on your emotional needs.
What are your emotional needs?
What are your emotional needs in relationship to others?
What are your emotional needs for yourself?
Then moving your awareness to your solar plexus chakra located just below your rib cage.
A ball of energy that is yellow in color.
Breathe in and out of your solar plexus.
As you do that feel the energy building up.
And now reflect on this question.
How confident do I feel about my needs and about communicating my needs?
How confident do I feel about my needs and about communicating my needs?
Now moving your awareness to your heart chakra at the center of your chest.
A ball of energy that is green in color.
Breathe in and out of your heart chakra and as you do that feel the love in your heart for yourself and for others.
Compassion for others.
Then reflect on this question.
How compassionate I am when I communicate boundaries?
How compassionate I am when I communicate boundaries?
And then moving your awareness to your throat chakra and the center of your neck.
This is the center for your expression.
Your throat chakra is a blue colored ball of energy.
Breathe in and out of your throat chakra and feel the energy building up.
And now reflect on this question.
How can I communicate my boundaries with confidence and compassion?
How can I communicate my boundaries with confidence and compassion?
Then moving on to the third eye chakra at the center of your forehead.
A ball of energy that is indigo in color.
This is the center for your intuition.
Breathe in and out of your third eye chakra.
And then reflect on this question.
How can I stay intuitive and empathetic while communicating boundaries?
How can I stay intuitive and empathetic while communicating boundaries?
And finally,
Moving your awareness to the top of your head,
Your crown chakra is the center for consciousness.
Breathe in and out of your crown chakra which is a violet colored ball of energy.
As you do that,
Feel the energy moving at the top of your head.
And now reflect on this question.
How can I have more conscious relationships?
How can I have more conscious relationships?
Now feel that inner strength and compassion within yourself.
Feel yourself prepared to draw healthy boundaries.
Feel that balance and alignment in your chakras.
And then whenever you are ready,
You can gradually allow yourself to come back.
You can move your hands,
Your feet.
And then slowly in your own time,
You can come out of the practice and open your eyes.
