Why Do I Still Trust And Have Faith Despite Anything

Here I speak about having trust and faith during the darker phases of our lives, in which we go through drastic changes and losses. I explain how and why trust and faith are still there for us, despite the circumstances.

My name is Sengit and today I am speaking about trust and faith in times of loss. Many times during darker phases we may feel totally empty and we may wonder how come it is possible that we still have faith. When everything falls apart in our life and we no longer have what we thought we had, Overall there is nothing left. And through this emptiness we realize that nothing actually ever belonged to us because now it is all gone. And by realizing this we also realize that if we look closely trust and faith are still there despite the circumstances. But why is this? Why isn't this gone with all the rest? This is because trust and faith are not things that we have or that we have to accomplish. Trust and faith are actually part of us, Of who we are. They are what connect us to Source and the more we empty ourselves of whatever we have or have accomplished in life the more we are capable of seeing it. Maybe we couldn't see it or feel it so strongly before as we were covered and distracted by so many things on top of that but they were there the entire time. So if we wonder how come we feel so lost and so empty and we still trust and have faith it is because trust and faith are part of our nature. We can address anything except for that. We may not see it, We may not feel it, We may ignore it but it is always within. Everything can vanish from our lives, Everything can go and leave us alone but we are never left with no trust and no faith or we would be left with no connection to the universe and that cannot happen. It has to stay and to keep on guiding us because we are indeed and inevitably part of it. Trust and faith are only to be uncovered and felt not to be pursued or developed. They are like skin covered by dirt. We wash it so we can see clearly the underneath but the underneath is always there and it knows what to do. We don't have to do anything about it. We may wash it, Clean it, Brush it, Hydrate it to make it glow, To make it healthier but it is all part of the same in simple process not of building but of purifying. So today let's surrender to trust and faith and to our natural strength to believe and to keep going through whatever happens because this is who we are. Let's see the beauty in us as whole beings fully equipped with whatever we need to thrive in any dimension.
