Here I speak about how we sometimes may fall into the illusions of the ego, and how we may believe that we have to be something different than what we already are. However, there is a way to free ourselves.

Today,

I want to share with you something about the ego.

Sometimes we get into what people call the ego,

Our false self,

The one that put us into fear.

Because of that,

We feel insecure and we don't like it.

It makes us feel as if we have lost track of support and stability.

We then start to believe in several illusions.

We start thinking that life is about winning.

And sometimes we even think that it is about winning at all costs.

We think that in order to achieve what we want,

We have to play smart.

We have to prove that we are better than anyone else.

We don't even know to who we are trying to prove that,

But we do it anyway.

Because we feel so insecure,

We think that there is no other way than to hide by pretending that we are something else.

While we are manipulating ourselves and others in many ways,

We are not showing and appreciating who we truly are.

And we can't ever really win anything by being fake.

We may superficially win some competition by playing some sort of social games.

But no matter how many of those games we win,

We can't ever be truly happy and at peace if we are not being true to ourselves.

The way to level up,

And I mean at a soul level,

Is by being who we are,

Is by admitting,

Accepting,

Facing ourselves for what we are.

This is the basis.

And from here we can actually build something strong and reliable.

We can build something based on ego structures,

But these are fake.

And so,

Sooner or later,

They will fall apart and we will feel empty,

As if we have nothing,

Because nothing was all that we had to begin with.

All roads of the ego lead to fear.

If we truly want to experience real freedom,

We have to turn our faces in the direction of the sun,

Where the light comes,

The creator,

The universe.

We accept who we are,

These wonderful energetic beings full of grace,

These beautiful extensions of source.

We no longer pretend or disguise anything.

We embrace our hearts and we honor our nature.

Thank you Sangeet This was very interesting and inspiring. I hadn’t considered before that ego could have a negative impact on our lives. But after hearing this I understand how detrimental a competitive ego can be to ourselves and others. I always gain a new awareness from your lessons here and I’m always grateful to you for that. Happiness love and joy to you ❤️
