Today I want to share with you something about broken hearts.
We usually use this expression to explain how we feel after a separation from someone that we love or when someone that we love disrespects us or disappears from our life or any other unpleasant condition related to feelings of love towards someone.
Basically our heart gets broken when we openly give ourselves to someone,
Trusting that we will receive the same from them and then,
For some reason,
The reality doesn't match this ideal.
But once we feel this way,
How can we overcome it?
We do this by switching the energy of complaining and being a victim into a state of gratitude and appreciation.
It is by focusing on what we can gain from that situation,
No matter what broke our heart,
We can always,
Always gain something,
Even if at first it seems that we only lost or if it seems so bad that we can't see the good in it.
In fact,
In every situation there is an experience and when we experience something,
It means that it is already ours.
Nobody can take that away from us.
But at the same time,
We are the ones who choose how we see and feel that experience.
It is up to us how we use each experience in our lives.
We may focus on the bad or we may focus on the good.
This doesn't mean that we only think of the positive side of things and don't even acknowledge the rest of it.
This means that we accept and embrace everything and then we focus on what we can gain from it.
For example,
If we experience a connection that somehow went bad,
Now that we have experienced it,
We know more of what we don't like and of what we like.
So practically speaking,
What we do is we recognize and accept the full experience,
Including what we didn't like,
And then we choose to think about what we loved the most.
By focusing on that,
We naturally enter in the state of gratitude and appreciation,
Raising our vibration,
And then we attract more and more of what we like in future experiences.
It is as if we have a filter in everything that happens to us,
And this filter is some sort of unconditional love glasses.
It is the way Source sees us and everything.
Because we are extensions of Source,
There is only one way to be truly happy throughout any experience,
And that is to see through the eyes of Source,
Because we are part of it,
And that is all that we are.
Seeing through the eyes of Source is a non-judgmental state of being.
It is like when it rains.
It is so easy to complain about it,
Right?
But instead of complaining about the rain,
Try to fill it with a clearer mindset.
Suddenly it is refreshing,
It is beautiful,
It is a miracle falling from the sky,
And look,
Right after,
There is a rainbow.
How could we see the rainbow if there wasn't any rain in the first place?
How could we know what we like if we haven't experienced what we didn't like?
So broken hearts are only a perspective,
A point of view in which we choose to focus on.
Broken hearts don't even exist,
Because our hearts are always whole.
If we feel like they are breaking,
It's because they have the power to love,
And to care,
And to feel.
Hearts make us go on and on.
They are actually much stronger than we think they are.
It is when we focus on how we were rejected,
Or neglected,
Or abandoned,
That we enter in the state of believing that we are not worthy of the abundance that we deserve.
And so we get a broken heart.
But this is only an illusion,
Because we are already the abundance,
The love,
And the bliss,
Despite the circumstances.
We are the creators of our realities.
We are in control of our thoughts.
We are the ones who make choices and decisions in our lives.
We are powerful beings,
Because that is what we are.
So let's use our power to create love and peace,
Instead of fear and chaos.
Let's transcend every limited belief or social program.
Let's see beyond all of that.
Let's elevate ourselves above all the illusions.
Let's reveal ourselves as the magnificent beings that we are,
And allow ourselves to feel whole again.
