My name is Sangeet and today I want to share with you something about perfection.
We hear this word here and there and in our minds we wonder,
Am I perfect?
Do I have to be perfect?
When will I be perfect?
We wonder if we are perfect and we insist in this word as a pressure to be something that we are not.
To be something that we will never be.
It creates a sense of frustration that can stay with us throughout an entire life.
But today that frustration comes to an end because we are already perfect.
Yes,
We are perfect,
Not because we are finished with whatever growth and expansion,
But because we have everything that it takes to grow and to expand.
We are perfect not because we are better than others,
Or because we have achieved our goals,
Or because we have a lot of success,
Or because we have cute bodies or clever minds.
We are perfect because we are perfectly equipped with whatever it takes to evolve,
To become better and better versions of ourselves,
To know more and more of who we are,
To know who we want to be and what we want from this experience on earth.
We are perfect because there is nothing that we should do or that we should change for anything or for anybody.
All there is,
Is the natural course and flow of life,
Where change is inevitable for all of us and all we have to do is to embrace and go with it.
We are perfect in authenticity and uniqueness,
Not perfect in competition,
In comparison.
We are perfect because our value is unbreakable,
Not because we have a price.
We are priceless,
But because life is endlessly valuable for its magic and enchanting nature and beauty,
And we are an inseparable part of it.
If someone at some point told you that you were perfect,
Know that it is true,
And so is that person,
And so are all the other beings,
And every little thing in this planet,
And the entire planet itself.
Know that you are perfect not because you are the only one that is perfect,
But because everybody is perfect,
Because perfection includes everything all together,
Or none of this would be perfect at all.
Perfection accepts everything as it is,
Not because nothing is to be changed,
Or because nothing requires change,
But because change is very much part of the perfection,
And it is perfect on its own.
So today,
Let's finally feel free and smile at the concept of perfection,
Not as something impossible that we have to achieve,
But as something that we already are.
