Think of a color that represents peace for you.

Imagine this color as a light in the center of your chest.

Breathe mindfully as this light vibrates with each rise and fall of your breath.

Continue breathing allowing this light to grow larger.

Immerse yourself fully in this light noticing how the color flows around you,

From within you,

And radiating out.

This light emanates towards your surroundings,

Flowing into your neighborhood,

Your city,

Your state,

And on and on allowing this light to send goodness and peace to all it needs.

This light also connects with the light of other beings,

Taking in love and care offered from others.

Slowly notice the light coming back to you,

Pouring peace and well-being from the world around you back into your heart space.

Remembering that this exchange of love is always available.
