Hello,
My name is Sam and welcome to this meditation for positivity or to increase your positive energy.
For best results,
Repeat this meditation every day for the next 21 days.
Now let's begin by coming into a comfortable position,
Seated or lying down,
Where you won't be disturbed for the next 10 minutes or so.
Once settled,
Feel free to close your eyes if it feels good to do so.
Take a few moments to relax your whole body in the space it's in,
From the top of your head all the way down your spine to your sit bones and the soles of your feet.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and if it feels good,
Hold the breath briefly.
Then let it go and exhale fully out through your mouth.
Let's do this one more time.
Take a deep breath in through the mouth.
Let's do that again.
Take another deep breath in,
Hold the breath and exhale fully,
Mentally letting go of anything that is no longer serving you.
And one last time,
Inhale,
Hold the breath and exhale completely.
Allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm and just start to observe the natural rise and fall of the body as you inhale and exhale.
You might like to now place both hands to the space at the centre of your chest where your heart centre is located and repeat this mantra after me.
I am enough.
Whatever's going on in your life right now,
Wherever you're at,
Just take this moment to be with whatever thoughts,
Feelings and sensations arise but without judgement.
Please repeat the mantra,
I am enough.
And as a note,
Feel free to relax your arms back to your sides whenever you feel ready.
Take your awareness to the top of your head and then extend that awareness up above you and start to visualise a light or energy source above your head.
This might be a golden or white light or even a liquid light coming down from above and into your head.
Visualise this light entering via your head down into your neck and shoulders.
Allow the light to come down into both arms,
Your hands and fill your whole torso.
Feel the light coming down into your hips,
Flowing down your legs and into your feet.
Become aware of your whole body as a source of light and start to awaken the sensation of lightness throughout your whole body.
Repeat the mantra,
I am enough.
Now,
Connecting to all the parts of your body touching the ground or surface beneath you,
It could be your sit bones or soles of your feet,
Visualise roots connecting and grounding you to the earth.
Send your awareness all the way down to the centre of the earth now and start to visualise another light source.
Allow this light from the centre of the earth to flow all the way up into whichever parts of your body is touching the floor or surface beneath you.
Allow this grounding light to flow into your torso,
Your hands and arms.
Let this light now flow into your shoulders,
Your neck and your whole head.
Feel your whole body as a source of radiant glowing light and now extend this light around you to form an aura surrounding your whole body like a cocoon of protective glowing light.
Repeat the mantra,
I am enough.
If there is anything right now that is not serving you,
Visualise whatever it is leaving your body as a grey smoke.
Allow the protective aura of light surrounding you to transform this grey energy back into a brilliant glowing light.
See everything as being in a constant state of flow and change.
Each in-breath can be seen as inhaling the bright white or golden light and each out-breath removing that which you no longer need from your body as a dirty grey light.
This light then transformed by your aura back into a glowing light.
Continue to repeat this process.
Now just allow yourself to sit in your cocoon of light without judging yourself.
Bask in the glow of this all powerful light.
Allow yourself to be with whatever arises.
Repeat the mantra,
I am enough.
Gently become aware once more of the natural rise and fall of your body as you inhale and exhale.
Continue to exchange the energy with the breath,
Inhaling bright healing light and exhaling those energies that you no longer need.
Gently shift your awareness back to your whole physical body in the space it's in.
Working your way down mentally from the top of your head to your shoulders,
Hands,
Belly,
Hips,
Legs and soles of your feet.
If you're ever feeling depleted of energy in the future or if you're sensing negative energy from others,
Visualise this glowing aura or cocoon of light surrounding and protecting you like a shield.
All the negativity bounces off this shield and whilst within your glowing positivity radiates and expands.
Now gently start to bring some subtle movements back into your body and when you feel ready open your eyes.
This guided meditation for positive energy is now complete.
