Hello,

My name is Sam and welcome to this guided meditation for abundance and wealth.

Find a quiet place where you can sit or lie comfortably and where you won't be disturbed.

Make yourself really comfortable and if it feels good,

Close your eyes.

First,

Become aware of your body and how it rests on top of the surface that is supporting you.

Note any areas of tension and allow them to relax.

Sink deeper into the surface you're on top of.

Take a deep breath in through the nose,

If possible,

And slowly exhale the breath through the nose too.

Notice how your body instantly lets go a little more.

This deep,

Slow breath tells the body it's time to relax,

Time to find ease.

Breathe in deeply again and try audibly sighing as you breathe out.

Notice how soothing that feels.

As the body relaxes,

We now bring focus to what's going on behind the eyes,

Our thoughts.

We're going to gently guide our thoughts to help us achieve abundance in our lives.

As I talked with the points,

Focus your imagination so you really feel the emotion attached to the thoughts.

This raises the body's vibration to match the state you want to achieve.

Remember that the law of attraction attracts similar vibrations,

So we want to put ourselves in the highest state that is available to us today.

In your mind,

Say to yourself,

I am abundant in all areas of my life.

What does that mean to you?

How are you abundant?

Maybe you have lots of free time.

Maybe you are loved deeply by your family.

It could be something as simple as your fridge is well-stopped.

Think of all the ways that you are already abundant,

No matter how big or small,

And find gratitude for everything you already have.

Consider the next level.

Can you think of one aspect of your life that you would like to have more abundance in?

Stop to picture it in your mind clearly.

What does it look like?

How does it feel?

What does it mean to you and your life?

Imagine it's already yours.

What does it feel like?

What emotions are you experiencing?

How has it changed your life?

How does your daily life differ now?

Explore these feelings and emotions.

Now try holding on to the positive emotions that this change has brought into your life.

From there,

Let's step up to the next level of this abundance.

Now you have even more of what you desire.

What does this feel like?

What emotions are you feeling now?

Can you allow those emotions to ripple throughout your entire body?

Let the feelings seep into every cell of your body and lock in that sensation,

Revel in the moment.

Enjoy the experience of having everything you ever wanted.

It's yours.

There is nothing that you cannot have,

Do or be in this life.

Everything is yours for the taking.

Let's milk this feeling of satisfaction and fulfillment for a few moments more.

And see if you can find a way of tuning back into this state of being so that in the future you can always come back to it.

What's the key to unlocking this feeling for you?

To be successful with this process and to unlock your dreams,

Repeat this experience time and time again so that these higher vibrations of emotion can attract your heart's desires and manifest them into your life.

Let's gently start to move the hands and feet in order to start to reawaken the body.

Take a full breath in and if it feels good,

Stretch your arms and legs away from you.

When you feel ready,

Slowly open your eyes and enjoy the rest of your day.
