This should be the starting point as when we are in the right frame of mind, anything is possible, it's literally mind over matter! In this session. we will explore some positive affirmations to start to re-program your thoughts and raise your vibration and bring you to the frequency that will allow your physical reality to match your dream reality.

Hello,

My name is Sam and welcome to this guided meditation with affirmations to help you with your journey to a happier,

Healthier you.

Now it goes without saying that an integral part to your ideal body is healthy,

Nutritious food and exercise.

Whilst many turn to these first,

An often overlooked element of weight loss is the mindset and the psychological angle and that's what we're going to be working on today.

So let's begin.

First,

Get yourself comfortable in a way that your body can relax completely.

It doesn't matter if you fall asleep during this meditation as the ideas will still permeate into your subconscious.

Relax your muscles,

Especially the shoulders and the stomach.

Let go through the jaw to ease stiffness from the mouth.

Let go of any grip you have in the legs and soften your feet completely.

Take a full deep breath in through the nose if you can and sigh the breath out audibly if you like.

Let's do that again.

A big breath in and sigh the breath away.

Feel the body softening more each time you do this.

We're just letting go of tightness and letting go of resistance.

Just notice your breath for a few moments and give thought to nothing else.

This will help us stay in the present moment and not get carried away by thoughts or false beliefs.

In a moment,

I will state some affirmations and leave a space for you to repeat them after me.

You can do this silently in your mind or out aloud with your voice,

Whichever feels best for you.

At first,

They may not feel completely true to you and that's okay.

A belief is just a thought we continue to think.

So with repetition,

These affirmations will become true for you.

Let's begin with some affirmations that might feel more truthful to you at this time.

I am grateful for the body I own and all it does for me.

I am the creator of my future and driver of my mind.

I acknowledge that my thoughts are just thoughts,

They're not real.

I challenge existing beliefs.

I let go of all negativity that rests in my body and mind.

I let go of the guilt I have around food.

I choose to be positive and surround myself with positive people.

I don't compare myself to others.

I'm on my own journey.

I allow my journey to be unique to me.

I make peace with the past.

Today,

I choose healing and nourishing my body.

Everything I eat nourishes and strengthens my body and mind.

Every cell in my body gets nourished by what I choose to put in my mouth.

My health,

Vitality and energy increase with every breath I take.

I believe in myself and acknowledge my greatness.

I allow myself to feel good being me.

I accept myself for who I am.

I accept my body for the shape I have been blessed with.

I bring the qualities of love into my heart.

I have hope and certainty about the future.

I allow myself to make choices and decisions for my higher good.

I eat foods that contribute to my well-being.

I'm constantly developing healthier eating habits.

Making small changes is because I'm becoming easier.

I enjoy the feeling of well-being that changes are giving me.

My life is more interesting than my next meal.

I eat only when I feel hungry.

I get outdoors and embrace the beauty of nature.

I have a naturally healthy mind and body.

Exercise makes me feel good.

I am becoming fitter and stronger every day through training.

I am active and full of energy.

I enjoy moving my body and feeling my heart pumping.

I am blessed to be able to move my body.

I love and care for my body.

My healthy habits are a part of my life that I enjoy.

I am on a lifelong path of wellness.

Each day I recommit to being my best self.

Today I choose healing and nourishing my body,

Mind and spirit.

I believe in myself and my ability to succeed.

I believe in my ability to lose weight and keep it off.

I believe in my ability to truly love myself for who I am.

I am joyfully achieving my weight loss goals.

I am creating a life of abundance.

I am moving forward each day.

I love my life.

I love and accept myself.

I forgive myself.

I am beautiful.

I love myself.

I am beautiful.

I love myself.

Take a moment to let those ideas settle in your mind and enjoy the knowing that you have just done something incredible for yourself.

For the second part of this meditation we are going to now put our bodies into the relevant frequency so that the law of attraction manifests our desires more quickly.

So picture in your mind's eye that one piece of clothing that you have always wanted to wear because you know you will look amazing in it.

This can be something you have seen in a shop window or maybe it is that old pair of jeans that you just love and want to wear again.

See the item in your mind clearly and note how it makes you feel happy and excited.

There is something really powerful about a favourite piece of clothing.

Observe its shape,

Its colour,

Its texture and smell.

Where might you wear this piece to?

What type of occasion?

Let's imagine ourselves getting ready for that occasion.

Take your garment and visualise yourself putting it on.

You slip it on easily and fasten where needed.

Let's notice how it feels on your body.

You step in front of the mirror and see your perfect you.

You look incredible.

As you turn slightly to see the side and back you smile as you know you look amazing.

How does this make you feel inside seeing yourself looking so stunning?

These clothes make your body look fabulous just the way you have always dreamed.

Now it is a reality.

What feelings are you experiencing?

What emotions?

Are there any physical sensations that are arising?

The more you can feel this in your body the more powerful this will be.

Imagine you are now at your event or occasion.

When you walk in heads turn and people compliment you on how fantastic you are looking,

Revel in this moment.

Keep holding on to these happy feelings for as long as you can.

The more you can hold yourself in this vibration the quicker your body.

Feel free to continue with your visualisation or just relax or drift off to sleep.

If you prefer you can start to slowly reawaken your body with gentle movements.

For best results repeat this meditation every day for at least 21 days so that the affirmation spoken will become your truth.
