Good morning,

It's time to wake up.

Today is a new day and it's full of possibility.

Take a few moments to enjoy this feeling of comfort in your bed,

Noticing the softness of your mattress and pillows.

Bring a gentle awareness to your body and observe how relaxed it's feeling.

All through the night the body has been repairing,

Restoring and renewing ready for this new day.

Think about possibility for a moment.

This is a new day,

One that you have never experienced before.

Anything might happen.

There is so much potential for an incredible day.

Exciting news could appear out from the blue.

Delightful surprises might pepper your day.

Enjoyable encounters with people you love and fun and laughter await at every turn.

Picture your perfect day and create a vivid mental image of what it might look like.

Maybe you're off to work so you get into your fantastic car that takes you wherever you ask and you put on your favourite tunes as you drive,

Singing aloud at the top of your voice.

Perhaps you're staying home to look after your little one today and many cuddles,

Giggles and quality time together awaits you.

If you're expecting news about a new job,

Then picture in your mind you receiving that phone call with the positive news.

How would that make you feel?

If it's your day off,

Contemplate and enjoy that sense of having the whole day to do whatever you want.

That sense of freedom.

What will you do?

Where will you go?

See it clearly in your mind's eye.

The universal law states that we can be,

Do or have anything that we desire and we'll have sent many wishes out into the universe during the course of our life.

We just have to allow the fulfilment of those into our reality and we do that by feeling good and thinking positively.

Remember,

Today is a new day and anything is possible.

What miracles are lining themselves up for you?

There's so much potential just waiting to be realised and the only thing required of you is to allow it in.

Today is going to be a great day.

There's lots to be excited about.

What adventures lie ahead?

Today is going to be a fantastic day.

Anything can happen in a day.

It's exciting to be alive and wonder what blessings will arrive today.

It's going to be a wonderful day.

Take a deep breath in so that your body feels alive and awake.

You might get the urge to stretch and flex and doesn't that feel so good when you do that?

What a great feeling it is to stretch and to wake the body up.

Take one more energising breath in and as you exhale think,

Today is going to be a great day.

I'm feeling great.

I'm excited to see what today brings.

As and when you feel ready to do so,

Gently get yourself up and get ready for your day.

It's going to be a good day.

Have a fantastic day.
