This meditation is a grounding practice that weaves the wisdom of the four directions with the presence and delight of the five senses. Don’t forget to use your compass (there’s an app on your phone) to orient your body in way that allows your left side to face the East, feet toward the South, right side to the West, and top of your head toward the North.
