So welcome to this healing meditation as we journey into the crystal cave. . . . . So just taking a moment to become present in the space that you're in. . . . . As you look around in awe. . . . . . There are many different coloured crystals and lights that twinkle and sparkle down at you. . . . . . And you can hear the water through little openings around this cave. . . . . . And as your eyes move back to this crystal bed within the middle of this cave. . . . . . You are invited to go and lie down within this crystal bed. . . . . . There is a beautiful cosy blanket that invites you to wrap up. . . . . . To feel safe and warm within this crystal bed. . . . . .
