So welcome to this clearing and activation for the throat.
So just taking a moment to be still,
To be present in the space that you're in.
Bringing your awareness to your breath.
Allowing yourself to soften the jaw and as you bring your awareness to your breath just notice if you can feel any constriction.
Notice how held and supported you feel from your breath.
Are you fully taking in your breath or are you trying to restrict or control?
Just bring your awareness and allow yourself to soften and relax further into your space.
Allowing yourself to breathe fully into your body.
And now just allow yourself to bring awareness into your heart space.
Allow yourself to drop into your heart.
Breathe into your heart and with intention breathe love into your heart and allowing that love to breathe out into the space around you.
As you invite yourself to further relax and let go.
Let go of any constriction.
Let go of any resistance.
Knowing you are held.
You are safe.
You are supported into your heart.
And now just bring your awareness up into your throat.
And as you bring your awareness to your throat just get a sense of what does it look like?
What does it feel like to be here in your throat?
Noticing if you can feel any tightness or constriction.
Are there any unspoken words that need to come out?
Need to honor yourself and your truth?
Just bring awareness to whatever you might be sensing or feeling here in the throat.
And just allow yourself to receive this transmission to assist in clearing and activating within your throat.
