Remembering How to Fly,
Written by me,
Sally.
I hope you enjoy my story.
Once upon a time,
A magical fairy named Georgie was born into the world.
She was a perfect creation of the universe.
As we all are,
Georgie knew that she was very special and made of magic and stardust.
Georgie had beautiful fairy wings and she loved to fly.
She was a very,
Very happy fairy.
Georgie had a mummy and daddy fairy,
But her mummy fairy and her daddy fairy did not fly.
They had forgotten that they were special and made of magic and stardust.
Mummy and daddy fairy used to be able to fly,
But they had quickly forgotten when they were very,
Very small as they had some wicked fairies around them.
These wicked fairies made mummy and daddy fairy forget that they were made of magic and stardust.
Georgie's mummy and daddy were very,
Very unhappy fairies and therefore they could not love Georgie how she deserved to be loved.
And they clipped her beautiful fairy wings.
They were very,
Very sad in their hearts.
Poor Georgie began to feel like maybe she wasn't very special after all.
One day,
Mummy fairy decided to leave daddy fairy.
But Georgie fairy's daddy and his sister were very,
Very sneaky and they took little Georgie fairy away from her mummy.
Little Georgie was very small and she missed her mummy fairy and her little sister fairy.
Little Georgie had to live with her wicked auntie fairy who clipped Georgie's fairy wings even more.
Poor little Georgie was forgetting that she was made of magic and stardust.
There was a big,
Big battle between mummy fairy and daddy fairy and they forgot that they had two precious fairy daughters who just wanted to be loved and looked after.
They were both very scared and very lonely and their little fairy wings were slowly but surely disappearing.
Georgie fairy and her little sister fairy wanted their mummy and daddy to be happy.
To remember that they were also born special with beautiful fairy wings that shined so,
So bright.
But mummy and daddy fairy did not remember that they'd once had beautiful fairy wings and were very,
Very special.
So,
Therefore,
They never realised that their daughters were made of magic and stardust.
As Georgie fairy continued to grow up,
She did her duty and she became just like her fairy family.
Her fairy wings were a long forgotten memory.
But deep,
Deep down,
Georgie fairy was very,
Very strong.
Being made of magic and stardust,
Of course,
She never truly forgot in her heart how special she was.
And over time,
She met many wonderful fairies who showed Georgie how special she was.
Slowly but surely,
Georgie fairy began to remember that she was a perfect creation of the universe.
And she began rebuilding her fairy wings with so much love until she could fly once again.
And then,
Grown-up Georgie fairy went on lots of adventures around the world,
Meeting other fairies who had forgotten that they were also made of magic and stardust.
But who were also now remembering.
Georgie fairy loved having her wings back.
She loved to play,
To sing,
Dance and tell stories.
Most of all,
She loved to fly around in the sunshine,
Singing with the birds.
She felt so much love in her heart wherever she went.
Georgie fairy showed her family that there was another way to live.
And slowly but surely,
Georgie's beautiful fairy wings shined so bright that they helped her family to remember that they were also fairies.
And they too began rebuilding their fairy wings.
Georgie fairy spent her life with other fairies who could fly.
And they helped to teach all of those poor fairies who had forgotten that they could fly,
How to fly again.
Georgie loved helping fairies remember that they were made of magic and stardust,
Especially the children.
One day,
A magic cactus told Georgie fairy that she had to heal the world.
One child at a time.
And so she did.
Until the whole world knew it was made of magic and stardust.
And everyone loved each other.
And there was peace on Earth.
