It's truly such an honor and a joy to be your guide in this nighttime money mantra practice.

This practice will help you to,

First of all,

Get a delicious restful sleep,

But then to be imprinting the mind with precious words,

These precious mantras will help you to begin to change the default mindset from scarcity into an abundance mindset,

Okay?

And tremendous healing happens when we sleep,

You know?

So go ahead and get settled for this amazing nighttime practice.

So perhaps you are already in your comfortable bed,

Maybe you are getting under the covers already,

You're fixing the pillows under your head.

What I need you to do is to scan your body to make sure that you're not holding a tight fist,

That your jaw is relaxed,

That your legs are not crossed,

That your neck is comfortable,

That your shoulders are relaxed.

So take a moment now to just scan your body and sprinkle a little relaxation and ease into every part of your body.

And then when you feel ready,

Go ahead and either lower your gaze or close your eyes fully.

And then from here,

Let's part our lips as if we had a straw hanging from our lips,

And we're going to breathe in through the mouth and then out through the nose,

Okay?

So we'll do this for a little while.

So let's go all together,

Sipping the breath in,

And then out through the nose,

And through the mouth,

Out through the nose,

And through the mouth,

And through the mouth.

One more sip here,

And out through the nose,

In through the mouth,

And then allow the natural breath to take place for a few moments here,

And use this precious opportunity to scan your internal world.

What is it like inside right now?

Do you notice that the mind is more relaxed,

That the body is more relaxed?

Or maybe you don't notice a change at all,

And that's okay too.

And now let's switch it up.

We're going to breathe in through the nose and then out through the mouth,

Okay?

And it's not an open mouth exhale,

It's a straw breath exhale,

Okay?

So breathing in through the nose all together,

Out through the mouth,

In through the nose,

And let it go of this practice.

Allow the natural breathing rhythm to occur,

Allow the natural breath to take place,

And once again use this opportunity to continue to shift your mindfulness,

Your attention the outside world into your internal landscape,

And noticing if there are any changes.

Wonderful.

So as a beginner mantra practice,

Here's what I would like you to do,

My love.

It's either you listen to the sentence,

You listen to the precious words,

And you repeat them in your mind,

Or just listen to them deeply.

Either way,

Know that this practice is imprinting your mind,

It's transforming the garden of your mind,

It's opening your heart.

And then remember that if at any moment your attention gets pulled away and drifts into a faraway place,

Just invite it back.

Choose to just kindly and patiently notice when your attention has drifted away from the precious words,

And just come back and either listen to them deeply or whisper them in your mind with me.
