Welcome to your journey with the beautiful polar bear,

Finding your own peaceful and calmness while connecting with your perseverance and strength.

Feel how your feet are on the floor,

How are your sits bones in your chair and feel your beautiful spine supporting you.

Lean back into that chair,

Feel how you are supported and start connecting with your own breath.

Your breath is your rhythm,

Your breath is your way of coming home.

And just ease into it.

Slowly and calm.

And follow the rhythm of your breath.

Your breath is your own way of communicating with your soul,

With your body and becoming one.

If you haven't done so,

Slowly close your eyes and feel how you are even more traveling inside.

Connecting with our natural world,

With our animals around us,

Is an inside job.

And just lean back,

Be at ease.

Know that you are supported and in a safe place.

I invite you in your mind's eye to envision this beautiful place of snow and ice.

You are walking in this beautiful nature,

Dressed warmly.

Feeling how this natural environment is opening your lungs and making you being present.

The beautiful white color is opening your sight.

You feel how the beautiful light is kind of lifting you up and is helping you to walk into this deep snow easily and effortlessly.

Just follow the steps.

Your path is wide open and you can make choices to go to different places.

You kind of feel a tug to kind of walk close to the water edge as well.

And while you're walking here is this beautiful combination of the elements of air and water and earth.

And the warmth that you're feeling inside is the fire.

With every breath you take,

You feel how you're being lifted up with the freshness,

With the cold and so easy to be here.

In front of you,

You see this beautiful rock and it really looks like an invitation as a beautiful chair to sit on.

Just take a moment and kind of wiggle yourself into the perfect position to sit.

And in this place,

You have a beautiful overview of the ocean.

And then right in front of you,

You kind of see how there are some polar bears jumping in and out of the water and they're really having fun.

What creates this lightness in your heart is this playfulness.

Just take a moment and just be an observer.

Just watch what's happening around you.

What is really catching your attention?

Is this being awakened within you,

The wisdom of play and joy and fun?

And then while you're watching these beautiful polar bears play,

One of the bears notices you as well and climbs up and just walks directly towards you.

You notice how calm you are and how present you are in this moment.

This beautiful face of the polar bear is coming closer and closer and you notice this heart shape with the ears and the face and beautiful fur around its neck.

And this heart energy connects with your heart energy.

And it's like your eyes lock as well.

So even your third eyes are locked.

You have this heart connection,

This soul connection with this beautiful animal.

And he walks all the way up and it puts his nose right towards your nose and you just give this beautiful bear a hug.

And because the bear kind of pushes you into the place that you sit in,

You really feel a tight hug.

And it smells so nice.

You just feel so welcome.

And the bear kind of finds its way of sitting next to you and you just lean against it.

And while you're sitting there and feeling cozy and comfortable,

You slowly,

Slowly start to drift away in this beautiful,

Beautiful dream state together with the bear.

And the bear takes you in this dream state to one of the worlds it really wants to show you.

And just step into how calm you're feeling,

How at ease you are and how simple it is to travel to this world and just follow the lead of the bear.

This beautiful polar bear knows exactly where it wants to take you.

And if you feel distracted,

You just draw yourself closer to the polar bear and just trust that traveling together into this beautiful world that the polar bear wants to share with you is a healing journey,

Is an empowerment journey.

And if you need to reconnect,

Just connect with your breath and dive back into the world that you're traveling in.

And just look around,

Notice how you're feeling,

Maybe what kind of thoughts are coming up or pictures you're seeing.

Just know that all is well,

Even just being here in solitude with the bear is exactly where you need to be at this time.

And then notice how the bear is slowly bringing you back from this beautiful world that you just traveled to.

You start to notice that you're sitting back together at this beautiful rock.

You're so at ease,

You're so at ease with yourself,

You're so at ease with the messages that were just presented to you.

You take a moment to say goodbye to this beautiful polar bear.

Just put his nose against your nose one more time,

And it just brings so much joy and laughter and a big smile on your face.

And then the polar bear walks around and joins his friends.

You feel how you're slowly getting up,

Taking a deep breath and enjoy that beautiful nature that you're in.

And you start to walk and find your own path.

You slowly start to connect with the sounds around you.

So it's connecting with the chair you're sitting in.

And then slowly,

With an in-breath,

Start opening your eyes.

And welcome back,

Welcome home.
