Welcome to the meditation with the beaver.
Find a really comfortable place,
So wiggle yourself,
Where you're sitting at the moment,
So that you feel supported and relaxed,
So that you can be there.
If you need to scratch or move your body,
This is the time to do it.
Really breathe in,
And breathe out.
Just take a moment and just circle your ankles around,
Really circle them around,
First one direction,
And then go the other direction,
And then point and flex,
Point and flex,
And then put your legs down.
Make sure you do it with the other foot as well,
Making circles one direction and the other direction,
And point and flex and point and flex,
Good.
And lay your legs down.
Just feel into your lower legs,
Your knees,
Your upper legs,
All the way into your hips.
And just feel how your sitting bones are supporting you.
Take a breath into that,
And breathe out.
And then relax your lower back,
Your belly,
Your shoulders and your chest,
Really take a breath in,
And out,
And then lower your shoulders down.
And if you want you can make circles with your neck,
One direction first,
And then go the other direction,
Really good.
And then while you're doing this close your eyes,
Really close your eyes and then find that natural sweet point for you to relax your neck and your head,
Really nice.
And then relax your cheeks,
Feel how your ears are relaxing too,
All the way to the tip of your head.
Really take a breath in,
And out.
And just make mental note of what you're feeling in your body,
Where it is,
Where it's at,
It's all good,
No worries,
But just as you are very aware of your body,
So that you are connected with your body,
Or how some people put it,
Be in your body.
Take a breath in,
And out.
And then I want you to envision that you're sitting against a tree,
You're really leaning against this tree,
It's really beautiful.
You can feel the support of the tree,
You can feel the groundness of the tree.
Just notice how the roots of this tree underneath you build this base of strong energy,
And it's that energy the tree is sharing with you.
So take a breath in,
And out.
And just feel what it's doing with you,
How it's keeping you safe and supported,
It's like having a warm blanket around you,
And just really,
You can kind of sink into that,
It's just really nice.
The leaves are rustling above your head,
And the temperature is just nice,
There's some wind going.
Just take a breath in,
And out.
And then while you're just watching,
You're looking in front of you,
And there is this beautiful pond you can see,
And then you see this beautiful creature climbing out,
It's just magical,
It has this amazing glowing fur,
Big teeth coming out,
His nose has these piercing eyes looking at you,
And an enormous,
Enormous tail,
It's just,
You think to yourself,
I know it's a big tail,
But my God,
This is just,
And this tail is just magical,
It's just glowing,
And he's carrying it beautiful,
And he's looking at you,
He walks straight towards you,
And the two of you look each other in the eye,
And you just know,
That the two of you are connected,
You can feel it from your heart connection,
You feel that you're connected to his heart or her heart connection too,
You should really take a breath into that,
Beautiful animal human connection that just happened,
And he looks to you,
And just kind of jokingly asks you,
So are you ready to kind of take a journey with me?
And you're like,
Wow,
Yeah.
So he invites you to connect with his energy,
So that you can become what he is,
And that you can do what he does,
Just feel into that,
You know,
Feel your way into that energy,
To what beaver energy feels to you,
And how different it is than your energy,
Take a breath into that,
And breathe out,
Good.
And the beaver invites you to come along with him,
And he says,
Let's dive into the pond,
So together you just dive into the pond,
And that water is so nice and refreshing,
Just feels amazing,
And you can just,
You can see around,
Really cool.
And you feel relaxed in the water,
So you dive deep,
And then you go and dive back up,
Both of you are just looking on the surface,
Taking a breath,
And then diving down again,
Splashing,
And the beaver really helps you to play around in the water,
And feel loose,
And do silly things,
And then you come up again,
It's so cool to watch around you,
How different the view is than,
Normally,
Your normal opinion or view looks like.
And beaver starts to share with you,
While you swim relaxing on the water in the pond,
That building something needs that belief that it's possible,
And he's like,
Put your hands on your heart,
And know that you are the only one who is there,
Put your hands on your heart,
And know that your dream is believable,
Is possible,
And you can just feel how your heart is warming up,
That anything that you want to create is possible,
Such a heartwarming aha moment,
To feel that trust that it's possible.
And then the beaver says to you,
Okay,
Let's dive in,
I'm gonna share with you my secret place where I have my building tools,
And I have just what you need.
So the two of you dive on the water,
And you follow beaver,
And while you're diving and swimming on the water,
You see some fish,
And the water is so clear,
And you can see the sun shining through,
It's really awesome.
And the two of you just keep swimming and swimming,
Until you need this place,
This hole,
So beaver goes right into it,
And you just tap into that believable energy,
And you follow him right into it,
And you end up in this beautiful hallway almost,
And it's not damp at all,
It's just nice and cool,
And you can see,
Beaver walks in front of you,
And he pulls this chest,
In front of you,
And he opens the lid,
And he says,
Look at that,
This is exactly what you needed,
Isn't it?
And you look at it,
And you just have to go sit down,
And see all these tools and ideas,
And there are some books there,
And you can see that there is some money,
Some money flow there too,
And it's all the things that you need,
Just look at beaver,
You go like,
How do you know?
And he said to you,
Tell me your dream,
So you take a deep breath in,
And breathe out,
And tell beaver your story.
And then you look at beaver,
You go like,
Wow,
How do I keep this all close to my head,
And beaver says that's okay,
Just touch everything that you need,
And it will be in your energy,
You will be taking it with you,
And every item you touch has a special feeling to it,
And you can see in your mind's eye how your dream is being built,
So you start with the foundation,
And then you touch another item,
And then you see how the foundation is built upon,
And then you build,
You touch another item,
And you can see how the colors are coming in,
And then you touch something else,
And you can feel the emotions it's bringing you,
And how it's serving other people as well,
Being touched by you.
Beaver is really proud of you,
That you are willing to take that leap and build that dream.
And then as beavers are,
He's like,
Okay then,
Let's go back,
Swim all the way back up in the pond,
And you look at all these tools,
And you know you have it in you,
You touch your heart,
Put your hands on it,
And like,
Yes,
I got this,
And you follow the beaver out,
You dive into the beautiful water that is just surrounding you,
And you twirl around with the beaver energy in the water,
You can feel how fast you can go,
And then you slow down,
And you have a good play before you,
You have a good play before you find the side of the pond,
You walk out,
Beaver is not coming out with you,
He says,
Come back to play anytime,
If you need planning permission,
Or you need some good ideas,
I'm right here for you.
You walk out of the pond,
You find your beautiful tree,
You're just gonna sit there,
So amazing to have gained all of a sudden so much knowledge and blueprints and tools and support,
Just know that it's all in you,
And while you're sitting there,
You can take a deep breath in,
And start connecting with your own body again,
Move your fingers along,
Make a fist and open your hands again,
And then you can move and roll your shoulders around,
Have your ears touch your shoulders from side to side,
Really feel you and your energy and your body,
Take a breath in,
And out,
And when you're ready,
Take your time,
Open your eyes.
