So find it wherever you can.

Redirect it until you return to love.
Knowing love is to love knowing what soothes your soul,
Knowing what your heart is.
And this allows us to see others as love too.

Take a moment to think about what you love about yourself.

It could be about how you're true to yourself and therefore to others.

Just come back to your breath and thinking about what you love about yourself.
