Find a comfortable seated position or lie down wherever you'll feel maximum comfort is where I hope you land.
Close your eyes and let's start by focusing on our breath.
Take a deep inhale through your nose,
Filling your lungs with fresh air.
And exhale slowly through your nose,
Releasing all of the tension and stress.
Feel the rhythm of your breath and let it guide you into a peaceful state of mind.
Now visualize yourself standing in front of a mirror.
Take a deep look into your own eyes and see the reflection of your true self.
This is the person you aspire to be,
Your best self.
This is the person who you feel innately connected to.
This is the person that lives in your daydreams,
In your journal entries,
In your conversations with loved ones and close friends.
This is who you are meant to be,
Sweet soul.
Allow yourself to feel all of the emotions that come up as you visualize this image.
Do you feel happy,
Proud,
Excited?
Perhaps you feel home now.
Imagine that you are stepping into the mirror,
Becoming one with your best self.
See yourself embodying all of the qualities and characteristics that make you the best version of yourself.
See yourself radiating with confidence,
With love,
With inner peace.
Allow yourself to feel the emotions as they come up.
Can you visualize this?
Can you feel the joy and excitement of living your best life?
Take a deep breath in and out and allow this feeling of joy and excitement to spread throughout your whole body.
Let every cell in your body be showered with this visualization of your best self.
As you continue to visualize yourself,
Think about the qualities and characteristics that make you who you are.
What are your strengths?
What are your values?
What are your passions?
Embrace these qualities and allow them to guide you toward a life of purpose and fulfillment.
Continue to let your thoughts flow naturally.
How does your best self spend their day?
What things make them feel energized?
What time do they wake up?
Where do they live?
What brings them the most peace?
How do they navigate challenges?
Who inspires them?
Take another deep breath in through your nose and out through your nose.
Imagine yourself surrounded by a beautiful white light.
This light represents your true self,
Your highest potential.
See yourself living life with joy,
With purpose as you continue to connect with this light.
Take a moment to thank yourself for taking the time to visualize your best self.

You can access this feeling of inner peace,
Happiness,
And joy anytime and as you go about your day,
