Namaste.
Sound and vibrational healing gives us this beautiful opportunity to practice a deeper listening.
A deeper listening to our heart's song.
To the hum of our heart.
And our own unique vibration.
And so my hope is that through this meditation of channeled sound,
You start to step into that practice of a deeper listening of yourself,
Of your own heart.
That you may use the next few moments to just suspend thought.
To suspend the mind chatter.
And settle into the softness and the wisdom of your heart.
In this space,
The heart is not attached to time and space.
And it often communicates through sensations,
Inspirations and images.
In this space,
Your heart inspires your mind.
And we begin to feel the lightness and the promise of our spirit.
Sound and vibration allows us to discover and delight in our own divine beauty.
And delight in that unique hum of the heart.
And so I invite you to just settle into your seat or feel the body soften into the surface it is laying on.
And arrive into your breathing.
Allowing the body to take a slower deep breath in.
And a smooth complete exhale out.
Practice breathing in this way for the next few rounds of breath.
Really arriving into the slowness and the depth of your breath will allow you to open up to more receptivity to the sound and the vibration here.
And I invite you to also arrive with an intention.
What is an intention that would at this moment support your highest wellbeing and highest good?
The hum of your heart as you embrace the support of channel sound and vibration.
Using that intention into the body,
Into every cell.
