Welcome to this I Am Affirmations audio.

The goal of this audio is to find your emotional stability,

Even when you're going through intensity.

My name is Ruben and I'm grateful that you chose me as your guide today.

Let the words of this audio come into your mind,

Body and soul as if they are your own words.

If you notice you can't keep your conscious attention on it,

That's okay too.

Your subconscious mind will still hear the words and you will feel more balanced and accepting of your emotions after this audio.

Today I decide to find my emotional stability.

I allow myself to sit still with whatever emotion I'm experiencing.

I understand that my emotions are like a guiding light,

Showing parts of me that need healing.

I am present with whatever sensation I experience.

All day long I am able to quickly become present and accept the emotions I'm going through in that specific moment.

My thoughts do not control me.

I have my thoughts and I can choose my thoughts.

Whenever my thoughts make me feel bad,

I become present and create a space of mind stillness.

I allow myself to return to a space of emotional stability right now.

I don't need to push myself.

With full ease I return back into my higher self.

My higher self always knows what's right and guides me to my good feeling vibration.

I do not experience negative emotions because all emotions are welcome and part of life.

I embrace my shadows.

I love my shadows.

My shadows make me who I am.

My ability to stay present with my shadows gives me the strength to go through whatever difficulties I'm currently experiencing in my life.

I fully embrace my experience.

I fully embrace my emotions.

I am a complete person.

Everything that I experience is part of my completeness.

I'm grateful that I experience the full range of emotions.

This full range of emotions is the reason I decided to come to this earth.

With a smile on my face I fully enjoy every single emotion I get to experience.

I feel that I am perfect just the way I am.

There is nothing that needs to change in the outside reality for me to find inner peace.

Inner peace is always available.

When I need inner peace I focus on accepting whatever emotions are running through my body.

I smile at life.

I'm excited for whatever life continues to bring me.

My life is a constant flow of beautiful experiences.

I accept myself completely.

I allow myself to return to a space of peace and present from moment to moment.

I understand that I came to this earth to experience all the colors of life.

I'm grateful that all the colors are showing themselves to me.

I am free.

I am free because I accept everything I experience.

I am free because I choose my thoughts.

I am free because I receive guidance from my higher self and the universe.

I am free because I trust the guidance of my higher self and the universe.

I will acknowledge my freedom throughout the day.

I will acknowledge my emotions throughout the day.

I will acknowledge my inner peace throughout the day.

I am complete.

I really enjoy all of your meditations. L I feel like I have stopped observing and acknowledging my feelings, reacting more than responding these days. This meditation reminds me to do that. Namaste 🙏
