Rosemary (Rosie) Harris is a highly experienced meditation teacher and creative whose teaching centres the shared experience of being human and vulnerable. She is a certified Teacher in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness-Based Approaches, and can be found at rosemaryrosieharris.com and she teaches mindfulness and meditation online and in person, in the UK and in Australia. Rosie's teaching has also been shaped by training in mindful self-compassion, insight meditation, Mahayana tradition, and non-dual teaching. Rosie also specialises in teaching embodied voice work, for mindfulness/meditation teachers and for anyone who is interested in embodied communication. With a Masters in Creative and Life-Writing, Rosie also draws on creative expression as a tool for mindfulness and self-awareness. All of her work is based on the understanding that humans are social animals, and her belief that everything is about connection. Rosie was superb, I really can’t rate her highly enough. She made the space safe but exploratory and supported us to reflect and question ourselves. Her passion for the subject and her 100% commitment was evident.
