Hi,
My name is Rosalie Peimann.
Welcome to this meditation that can be very helpful when you feel stuck,
Unsure about the right direction,
Or when you're just overwhelmed with the many different options you see ahead of you.
The first thing we'll do in our practice together is to guide you into a deep space of inner connection.
And then I'll ask you three questions from Transformational Presence Coaching that will shift your mind from constantly repeating the past into a potential-based approach.
So you might want to pause here and have a notebook and pen ready so you can write down everything that comes up in free flow after the meditation while still being fully emerged in the energy of it.
Okay,
So let's begin by making yourself comfortable.
Sit quietly on a chair or on the ground with your back straight and your hands resting comfortably in your lap.
Now close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,
Allowing your body to relax.
Then let your breath find its own natural,
Relaxed,
Easy rhythm.
And begin paying attention to your breath as it passes through your nostrils.
Bring all your attention to that point of focus,
The breath passing through your nostrils.
Nothing else is relevant right now except for your breath moving in and out through your nostrils.
You probably notice a great deal of chatter going on in your mind as you attempt to focus solely on your breath.
That's okay,
Just notice it.
Then step by step,
Layer by layer,
Intend to go beneath the chatter.
Let your breath help you drop deeper into your own consciousness.
To help with that,
Imagine standing on a floor or on the ground outside.
On your inhalation,
Feel as if the floor underneath you opens very gradually.
And then on your exhalation,
Feel yourself floating down through the open ground to a deeper level of consciousness beneath.
Notice how this level is a little quieter,
A bit more peaceful.
Now again,
On your inhalation,
Feel the floor gradually open.
And on your exhalation,
Sense how you float down to a deeper,
Quieter layer of awareness.
And just continue this process.
On your inhalation and your exhalation,
You inhale and the floor opens.
You exhale,
You float down another level.
You notice how your body feels a little heavier and how the mind chatter becomes a bit more quiet.
And you go on and on,
As long as it takes.
Deeper and deeper.
And at one point you notice that you've reached the point where there's stillness.
Imagine this layer of consciousness as a lovely little room or cave.
Take a moment to orient yourself here.
What does it feel like to be here?
What does it look like?
Maybe there's a pleasant smell.
Maybe there's beautiful lightning.
And maybe there's a nice chair or pillow for you to sink into.
Make yourself comfortable here in your place of stillness.
And just continue to breathe deeply and calmly.
And for this moment just feel what it's like to be here,
Knowing that this is your place.
You can always return here.
Now with a soft hand shift your awareness to a point in the room and invite your current challenging situation or feelings to float out in front of you.
First just take a look at it.
Register what you observe about it.
Does it have a shape or a form?
Does it have a color?
Is it moving around or just floating there as it's still?
There's no need to engage with it.
Just be curious about it.
You may feel called to get up and look at it from one of the other sides or underneath.
You can do that.
Make it an inquiry.
Keep yourself in curiosity and just notice what you sense and feel.
And then when you feel ready go back to your comfortable chair and let's explore the three questions.
The first question is what wants to happen?
What wants to happen?
Allow the responses from your subconscious,
From yourself,
From deep within to arise.
Invite your conscious thinking,
Your rational mind to sit back to just observe for now.
Allow any words or thoughts or forms,
Ideas,
Images to come to your awareness.
What wants to happen?
Take note of what comes up for you.
The second question is who is this asking you to be?
Who is this asking you to be?
We all have different aspects,
Different ways of being,
Of behaving,
Of approaching the world.
The question here is who is it asking you to be?
And again just notice what comes up.
No judgment,
No rationalizing,
No responses like nah this is impossible or that's not something I can do.
No,
Just notice who is it asking you to be?
Stay curious.
And then the third and final question is and what is it asking you to do?
What is it asking you to do?
And now bring up your notebook if you haven't already and just scribble down any ideas,
Images,
Thoughts,
Potentials that came up for you.
What wants to happen is the first question.
And the second question who is it asking you to be?
And the third question and what is it asking you to do?
Take it as much time as you want here in your place of stillness.
Journaling about anything and everything that came up here during this exploration.
You can be curious about it.
Save yourself from quick judgment,
Assumptions and allow the information to float freely.
And later when you're done,
It's easy to come back.
Just deepen your breath again and visualize yourself floating back up all the way through all those layers right back into your current space,
Your physical space where you sit on a chair or on the ground.
Bring yourself fully back into your body.
I hope this was helpful.
If so,
Do know that you can return to your place of stillness anytime you want.
And of course you can return to these questions also.
I'm wishing you a beautiful day and until next time.
Ciao.
