Welcome to this short and sweet rattle clearing.
You can use this meditation to start your day,
Clearing your energy field and setting you up for possibly a better day or just accepting the day as it comes.
You can also use this meditation throughout the day or at the end of the day for any clearing to let go of anything or any events of the day.
So like always,
I just encourage you to trust yourself and allow the energy to follow intention today.
Before we get started,
We'll take a few moments to deepen the breath.
Breathing in through the nose,
Maybe sighing it out.
Really bringing yourself into this space,
Into your body,
Allowing mindfulness to guide you through your practice today.
So instead of directly tuning inwards,
Let's allow ourselves to first tune into the environment around us.
Any sounds that might be happening in the space that you're in,
Tuning into the feeling of your breath,
The sound of the breath,
Feeling your clothing resting on your body.
Notice if your fingers are touching where your body has landed.
Maybe comfortably on a chair,
Maybe laying down,
Noticing the space that you're in.
Any smells,
The taste in your mouth,
And tuning into this moment,
This beautiful moment,
This space with just you.
In a few moments,
I'll begin to shake my rattle and again,
Allow the sound to move you.
Tuning inwards and not placing any expectations on yourself.
Simply going with the flow and knowing that you can sit down,
You can lay down,
Or if you really need to move the energy,
Stand up,
Sway your arms,
Maybe even shake your body and remember that I will bring you back to this space.
We'll take one more deep breath,
Allow the sound to integrate into the body.
Notice how you're feeling,
Feeling your body,
Feeling your breath,
The sounds,
The smells,
Being in this moment,
Maybe rolling your wrists,
Scrunching your fingers and toes,
Bringing yourself back into the space,
Maybe a gentle reach all the way up.
We'll take a few deep breaths in,
Maybe sighing it out and then continuing on with the rest of your day.
