This is a Rob Pross Wholeness Meditation.
Welcome.
Starting to bring some awareness to the body.
Taking a nice breath in and exhale.
Taking another breath in and slowly releasing.
Notice the body resting.
Tuning in to any sensations in your tippy toes.
Your fingertips and that beautiful belly.
Notice how you're feeling.
Grounding into your seat.
Noticing the body for a few more breaths.
Now that you're grounded in,
Bring that image that's been bothering you.
Bring it up in your mind.
Whatever that is,
Notice it.
Maybe your body is starting to feel different sensations.
That's okay.
You are perfectly perfect,
Just as you are.
Just noticing that image.
I want you to imagine that that image in your mind is starting to freeze and maybe it is so frozen that it has a cool blue hue on it.
Notice how fragile it is.
Maybe you can imagine touching it,
That it's so cool and so cold.
Now that you're noticing it,
I want you to imagine that you have a big strong hammer in your hand.
When you're ready,
Maybe with a deep breath,
Break that image.
Break that ice.
Watch it crack and crumble.
Maybe noticing how it feels in your body.
Notice what's coming up.
Nothing is wrong.
Just simply noticing,
Breaking the ice,
Breaking the image,
Letting it fall into pieces.
Notice how you were removed from the image.
How it's simply broken ice chunks in front of you.
With those broken chunks on the ground,
Noticing the shapes,
The textures,
Maybe even picking one up,
Observing a small piece,
A small piece of that image as it's broken.
Now with all those broken chunks,
Notice how they're starting to melt and underneath it is a grate.
All of these tiny chunks of ice,
This frozen image that was broken,
Is now starting to melt through the grate,
Starting to drip.
Maybe even speeding up the process,
Using a heat gun,
A blow torch,
Melting,
Watching this image,
This broken image,
These broken chunks of ice starting to melt.
Melting it with your tool of choice.
Noticing the dripping.
All of these tiny drops have made this image smaller.
Each drop drops off of a small fragment of the image through the grate and into a bucket,
A big bucket.
Slowly watching that bucket fill up.
Noticing that that image is gone,
That it's just water now,
Clear liquid water.
Noticing the weight of the bucket.
Notice the texture of the bucket,
Or simply just notice the bucket.
Then whenever you're ready,
Let's take this bucket and we'll dump it into a big trough.
From this trough,
There's a pipe and this pipe is going to bring this water all the way outside,
Outside of your mind,
Outside of your body,
Outside of your space.
Removing this image down through the drain and releasing it completely.
Taking your time at noticing,
Noticing it leaving,
Maybe even saying goodbye.
Transforming that image in your mind from ice to water,
Removing it through a pipe back to the earth and taking your time and doing this simple meditation as many times as you need to transform that image in your mind,
Releasing it and letting it go and sealing off your practice with a nice,
Big,
Deep breath in and a big,
Deep breath out and always remembering that energy follows intention.
