This meditation is for when you want to use affirmations to shift your energy,
Mindset,
And emotions,
Yet you're feeling a big gap between where you are and where you want to be.
So we'll be using the phrase,
I'm willing,
Instead of I am,
To help transition and open to the possibilities.
And as the I'm willing affirmations get easier,
You'll know it's time to shift into I am affirmations.
You're welcome to listen while sitting still and resting,
Or while moving about your day,
Out on a walk,
Cleaning,
Commuting,
Doing dishes,
Wherever and whenever you listen.
Trust that it will support your nervous system and subconscious to begin opening to the shift.
The words,
I'm willing,
Create space for possibility and eases us in the direction of our most inspired intentions.
And for example,
Feel into the distinction between I am fully healthy and well,
And I am willing to be fully healthy and well.
It has just enough difference that it can help us move into opening.
So let's get started.
Just allow yourself to be fully present.
I am willing.
I am willing to feel into the sense of being safe.
I am willing to believe that there are endless possibilities in the world that are happening all the time.
And with that,
I'm willing to believe that many people have already experienced what I desire.
It is possible.
It's not just something I'm making up,
But it's already happening.
I am willing to open to the idea that what I desire is already happening for others around the world.
I'm willing to consider that it could happen to me,
Too.
I'm willing to see that I'm not alone in this desire.
There are many people,
All of us,
Wanting so many of the same things.
I'm willing to call in my desires,
To sit and be present and imagine bringing it to me like a beacon.
I'm willing to open to possibilities.
And with that,
I'm willing to let go of feeling stuck,
Of blocking myself from my desires,
Or of feeling resistance around my desires.
I'm willing to consider that my desires could already be in motion in the realm of the unseen.
I'm willing to move in the direction of my desires,
Needs,
Yearnings,
And possibilities,
Maybe even taking small steps,
Maybe making small decisions in the day that indicate I'm wanting to move in that direction.
I'm willing to cultivate my intuition,
To really listen,
To take time for that stillness,
For my inner voice to be heard.
I'm willing to start trusting myself that what my intuition tells me could be my best inner guidance.
I'm willing to take responsibility for my life,
That I am in charge of how I react,
How I experience my life,
And that ultimately it's up to me,
And I'm willing to take responsibility.
I'm willing to powerfully,
Fully participate in my life,
To not just wait for things to happen,
But to start taking action.
I am willing to heal,
To be healthy,
To believe that it could be possible.
I'm willing to believe.
I'm willing to start feeling my emotions,
To stop stuffing,
To allow emotions to move freely through me so that I can open up,
So that my energy can flow better.
I'm willing to explore forgiveness of myself,
Past experiences,
And others.
I'm willing to forgive.
I'm willing to heal my heart from whatever past hurts,
So that I can move forward.
I'm willing to be cared for,
And to receive support.
I'm willing to believe that I deserve it,
And that it's okay.
I am willing to receive kindness and love.
Chances are,
I'm already giving so much kindness and love out into the world,
And maybe it's time to receive it back.
I'm willing to consider that I'm worthy of love,
Just the way I am.
I don't need to change.
I'm not broken.
I'm willing to consider that I'm worthy of love.
I'm willing to receive support in my life,
Whether letting someone open the door for me,
Or welcoming a meal if someone invites me,
Or if they offer to help me with a chore or problem-solve.
I'm willing to receive support.
I'm willing to be confident.
I'm willing to feel empowered,
To open to my inner strength that's always there,
But sometimes,
Maybe I lose sight of it,
But I'm willing to reconnect with that.
I'm willing to open to all forms of abundance,
Whether through love,
Joy,
Financial,
Fulfillment,
Beauty.
I'm willing.
I'm willing to pay attention to what is going well,
To shift my focus,
To start noticing the things that I'm enjoying,
That are working,
And maybe to shift away from the things that aren't working.
I'm willing to pay attention to what's going well.
I'm willing to take small steps toward my desire,
Even when I feel uncertain.
I'm willing to make my desires more important than the comfortable discomfort I feel while staying stuck.
And I'm also willing to make my desires important even if they sometimes make other people uncomfortable.
I am not responsible for their feelings.
I'm willing to open to divine guidance showing me the way,
So that I can lean into trust,
So that I can surrender,
And know that I don't have to try and control it all.
I'm willing to open to the guidance.
I'm willing to accept myself as I am with a desire to continue growing.
I can acknowledge that there's some things that I would love to shift without judging myself,
And instead just shift into the mindset of growth,
And meanwhile practice accepting myself.
I am not alone in my desires.
And I am willing to consider that my desires are already in motion.
I am willing.
Just take a couple deep breaths.
And you may wish to pause and take a few moments to think about or write down what else you're willing to practice,
To do,
Be,
Express,
Have,
Or experience that is specific to you.
And any chance you get during the day to re-center around the idea of I am willing,
Just try it.
Simply repeat I am willing as often as you can throughout the day,
And you will begin to feel a shift.
So either stay here and pause for a little bit to journal and write ideas,
Or take a few breaths instead and start to shift out.
Remembering that any time you start to feel resistance in a day,
Explore whether there's an option or inserting I am willing.
And just try it on.
See if it creates some flex and openness.
Taking a couple more deep breaths,
Feeling yourself completely present wherever you are,
Whatever your environment.
Imagine allowing in confidence,
Light,
Love,
Possibility,
Trust,
And a willingness to truly connect with your own inner guidance system.
As well as to consistently practice,
Because this truly is a practice of being willing.
