The day is finally here.
It's Diva's favorite time of the year.
Lady Bird is excited and Stout is taking a nap.
Diva is getting all packed up with her camping gear and her Sacred Woods map.
After a bit of a journey,
Diva,
Lady Bird,
And Stout did persevere.
The secret map to the Sacred Woods was very helpful and clear.
Diva's tent is up and she is ready to explore.
Lady Bird is sniffing around while Stout lets out a loud snore.
It rained and rained and rained all day.
So Diva and Lady Bird decided to get muddy and play.
Stout stayed dry and was in no mood to fool around.
He most definitely was not putting his paws on that muddy ground.
Diva picked the beautiful berries from the wild blackberry bramble while Lady Bird walked about in a curious and random ramble.
Stout was still not so very impressed.
He remained asleep and enjoyed his beauty rest.
Diva was excited for the long nature hike ahead.
Lady Bird is curious about all the new smells and Stout is staying comfortably asleep on his bed.
There is so much beauty in nature for us to find.
A wonderful chance to exercise our body and expand our mind.
Diva finds a beautiful field of flowers,
An excellent place to relax for a few hours.
Lady Bird is enjoying the flowers and their fragrant scent while Stout stays asleep feeling rested and content.
Just off the path,
Diva discovers a beautiful hidden waterfall.
Stout was somehow prepared with his pool float and beach ball.
Lady Bird is playing with wonder and awe,
Smelling the flowers and digging holes with her paw.
Diva was tired from her long hike in the sun.
She is ready to relax with some marshmallow fun.
Lady Bird is enjoying some marshmallows too while Stout still has some sleeping to do.
Diva got up in the early dawn.
She grabbed her binoculars to get some bird watching on.
Lady Bird is off smelling about while sleeping ever so soundly with Stout.
Diva was amazed by the bright moon and glowing stars.
The sky is so clear she can even see the planet Mars.
Lady Bird is more interested in smelling the ground while Stout is soothed to sleep by the sacred woods' quiet and natural sound.
It's time to pack up and leave,
Which makes Diva a little sad.
But then she remembered all the fun that she had.
These memories will forever last,
Full of joy and wonder amassed.
Lady Bird doesn't want to leave just yet while Stout is finally rested and reset.

They will be back to the sacred woods again someday,
No doubt.
