Welcome to today's arriving in the moment meditation.

Arriving in the moment is easy.

You are already here.

To feel that more presently,

Let's close our eyes just for a moment.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Notice how the air travels through the body.

Try taking one deep breath into the abdomen.

Slowly,

Gracefully.

Breathing out slowly,

Gracefully.

Opening your eyes,

Take a look around.

You have arrived in the moment.

You are here.

Make a mental note.

I have arrived in the moment.

I have arrived in the moment.

You can repeat this in any moment.

Because any moment is available for you to arrive.

I love this quick reminder to arrive in the moment- and I never thought of my breathing as being graceful - I love that and will try to remember that in all meditations

I've used this simple and charming session for a few months. I hear it maybe once a week? However just now, I LISTENED to it rather than just going through the motions. I'm going to listen again after I write this review, and keep it handy, for my mind loves to race. I'm finding that I'm catching it earlier these days, and the blueprint for my ability to find proper perspective lies within this meditation. Thank you
