Welcome to this thought form workshop guided meditation,
Breaking Through Limiting Thought Forms.
Today we'll begin clearing away any limiting thought forms you may hold about yourself or your circumstances.
Those thought forms are maintained by and to consume locked life force energy which we can free up to make it available to you to use for manifestation instead.
For best results listen to this meditation daily for seven days and then as needed whenever new limitations come into your awareness.
Begin in a comfortable seated position with a straight spine,
Either cross legged or in a chair with a tall back.
If you're in a chair,
Feet rest flat on the floor.
Don't cross your legs.
Rest your hands on your knees,
Palms down.
If you prefer you can lie down with your head gently elevated and perhaps a pillow under the knees.
Close your eyes.
Consciously relax your shoulders away from your ears.
Relax your jaw.
Relax the muscles of your face.
Draw your awareness to your breath.
Feel the coolness of the breath over the vocal cords during your inhale.
Notice that the breath is a little bit warmer,
A little bit more humid on the exhale.
Simply watch the breath happen.
There is no need to do anything right now except breathe.
No need to be anything right now except still.
Visualize the distance between your eyes.
Allow your mind to be like the surface of a clearly smooth,
Glassy,
Serene,
Reflective.
If the mind is busy,
Let any thoughts run silently in the background like a ticker tape.
Surrounding your physical form,
There is an energetic shell.
It is not much larger than you and is shaped like an eggshell.
It functions much like a force field except that it is not protective in nature.
This force field instead functions to limit you because it is made up only of limiting thought forms.
These thought forms may be anything.
Perhaps they are concepts like luck,
Ability,
Talent,
Scarcity,
Identity.
Maybe they describe ideas about what a person like you is allowed to do or is capable of doing while in physical form.
Maybe these thought forms involve your gender identity or unspoken rules in your family of origin and community or relate to your need for acceptance and approval.
Maybe they express certain fears.
The list of possibilities is endless but know that you don't have to address them all right now.
Ask your subconscious to deliver into your awareness right now any limiting thought form that is ready to be cleared.
Just one.
It may be a word or a phrase or an image or a simple understanding that lies beyond and requires no words.
Let that thought form begin to project itself onto the shell that surrounds you.
Perhaps it comes forward in relief from the rest of the shell.
It may even have additional thought forms connected to it like a network.
There is no need to know or to name them all.
Your subconscious already is aware of them.
Whatever arises,
Simply regard it without judgment.
Notice any emotional energy connected to this thought form.
If it causes you agitation or discomfort or sadness,
Be reminded that it once served you in some important way or you would not have created it.
Likewise,
If this thought form brought you happiness and pleasure but now stands in the way of your growth,
Acknowledge any sadness related to letting it go.
Your situation has changed and this thought form is no longer required.
Offer gratitude to your thought form.
Thank it for any way in which it may have protected you or enhanced your experience.
Transmit to it the understanding that it is to be released from service.
Now,
Let that thought form spread itself out so thinly that it occupies the entire energetic eggshell that surrounds you.
In the center of your torso,
In the area of the heart and solar plexus,
Notice a golden glow.
This is the fire of your intention.
It may glow softly like an ember or blaze with intense fire like the surface of the sun.
Allow that glow to begin to concentrate,
Strengthening,
Glowing ever more brightly with each breath.
With each inhale and exhale,
Charge it steadily with your intention until it holds so much energy it feels like it wants to explode.
Now let it go.
Release that energy so that it expands outward like a blast,
Shattering the shell of the limiting thought form and everything connected to it.
Let that blast echo in your mind space,
Echoing away,
Echoing away,
Echoing until it finally fades into nothing.
Notice a new spaciousness,
Perhaps a new clarity.
A new field,
Unlimited,
Empty and presenting nothing but opportunity.
It is pure potential.
Know that this new,
Clean,
Open,
Totally unrestricted space is where your manifestations are already taking shape on the vibrational web.
It is alive,
Vibrating,
Ready and waiting to accept every new thought form you transmit so that they may be created and incorporated into your experience of physical reality.
Know that this clearing is active across all timelines and dimensions and in accordance with karmic law,
Free will and for the highest and greatest good of all concerned.
Return your awareness to your breath.
Your breath is happening in this space.
This space is happening in your breath.
You are this space.
Unrestricted,
Unlimited,
Pure potential.
A divine being.
A child of the infinite.
If you have fallen asleep,
You may rest and sleep as your subconscious processes and realigns your manifestation space.
Everything has been recorded and will be retained by the subconscious mind.
If you would like to begin to wake up,
Begin to deepen your breath.
Allow tiny movements to begin to come into your fingers and toes.
The sounds of the bell open your eyes.
