Her teaching practice is driven by an unending search for truth and the understanding that change is the only constant. An upbringing by the ocean taught Ashley that we can learn to cultivate resilience by observing the incoming and outgoing waves of life. Stemming from the Kripalu Yoga lineage, her classes are gentle and meditative in nature. Ashley tends to incorporate moments of soothing chanting and harmonium music to connect with what's here and inspire stillness in an otherwise fast-paced and results-driven world.
