Let's get grounded. Relax and get connected with earth energy. Sink into the Earth and feel her support and receive her healing energy through this guided meditation. This is a great meditation to get grounded, slow down, and reconnect to Mother Earth.

Hi,

Thanks so much for joining me.

If you can,

Get into a comfortable position and close your eyes.

And slowly start taking some deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

And a big deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

And one last big deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

And just relax.

Just take a moment to recognize the directions and elements.

Give greetings to the east and air.

Give greetings to the south and fire.

Give greetings to the west and water.

And give greetings to the north and earth.

Now bring your attention to the middle of your chest around your heart center area.

Just see energy or feel it or just know that it's there.

With every breath in,

Get a little brighter,

A little stronger.

See it spread across your chest,

Getting brighter,

Stronger,

Warmer.

And with the next breath out,

Bring that energy out in front of you.

Have it go up and over your head,

Down around you,

Underneath your feet,

Surrounding you,

Creating this sacred and safe space.

Now bring your attention to the base of your spine,

Right at the root chakra.

And see two tendrils come out and go down your legs,

Go out your feet into the earth.

Feel it going all the way down the many layers of dirt into the center of the earth,

Into the heart,

Into the core.

And just see those tendrils wrap themselves around the core and also go into the middle,

To the center of the center.

Create a root ball,

Really feeling anchored around that earth.

Maybe you see the center as bright light,

Molten lava or solid.

Whatever it is,

See that energy come into your roots,

From the roots in the center and then the roots wrapped around.

See that light or energy start penetrating those roots,

Filling up,

Charging up.

And once your roots are filled,

Creating this bright light of a root ball,

See that energy come up into those roots,

Filling it up all the way through the many layers of dirt,

Going up into your feet,

Into your legs,

Into your root chakra and just feeling the rest of your body with this amazing light,

This energy from the heart of the earth.

See this energy filling every single cell in your body,

Filling you up from the tiniest cell to your pinky toe,

To the ends of your hair,

Every single cell filling up with this amazing earth energy.

See yourself glowing with it.

And now as you are full of this energy,

See yourself in somewhere in nature.

It can be anywhere,

It can be in a desert,

It can be on a mountaintop,

It can be in a jungle or the woods.

It can be imaginary or it can be real.

And look around you,

See your surroundings,

Feel the air on your skin,

Notice any smells,

Notice any sounds.

And now really feel the solidness of the earth underneath you.

Feel her holding you up and still feeling connected to her center.

And slowly start to sink into the earth.

Let the dirt cover your feet,

Feel yourself being held,

Being supported by the earth.

Now sink down a little further up to your knees.

Start to feel the earth slowly wrap around you,

Holding you and sink a little bit more up to your hips.

And again,

Feeling the support being held.

And now sink a little bit further up to your chest.

Feel your arms and hands into the dirt.

And now a little bit further.

Now sinking all the way into the earth.

Feel the dirt come up and over your head.

Feel yourself sinking even further down,

Down into the earth.

Noticing the different layers.

Maybe you pass rocks,

Maybe you pass water.

And just hold yourself in this earth,

Deep into it,

While still glowing with her energy connected by that tap root.

Still feeling that energy with every breath in,

Filling you up while you're being held in the earth like a womb.

Feel the nourishment of the earth around you,

The energy from the heart.

With every breath in,

Feel that energy get stronger.

Now with the next breath out,

Send some of that energy out from you into the earth.

Maybe you see the energy as waves.

Maybe you extend roots from yourself and touch other roots.

But with every breath in,

Bring in that energy from the earth,

And with the breath out,

Send some of that energy back out into the earth.

And now just take a few minutes of breathing in that energy and breathing out the energy.

And just feel the exchange.

Just take a moment and really feel your body all being surrounded and held and supported in this earth.

Feel the sensations.

The experience.

And now slowly start bringing yourself back up towards the surface.

Slowly gliding through the earth.

And again,

Feeling her holding you up,

Supporting you,

Bringing you up to the surface.

Feel your head sprout out.

Come out with your shoulders.

Come out with your arms.

Coming up to your waist.

Coming up to your knees.

Coming up to your ankles and just stop for a moment.

And again,

Feel the earth supporting you,

Feeling the dirt all around your feet.

And now come on up.

Have your feet solid on the ground.

And again,

Feel yourself supported by the earth.

Work around you in your nature setting.

And now take a moment with that taproot still connected to the earth,

Still wrapped around.

Take one more deep breath in and bring that energy one last time up into the roots.

Feel it being held there while you release your roots and slowly bring them back up through the many layers,

Holding on to that energy.

Bringing it up into your feet,

Into your legs,

And into your root chakra.

Now just take a moment and again just feel any sensations.

Slowly bring your attention to the room that you're in.

Notice the support underneath you.

Notice the air on your skin.

Notice any smells,

Any tastes,

Or any sounds.

Wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes,

Maybe rock back and forth a little bit.

Shrug your shoulders,

Stretch.

Whatever feels good for you.

And whenever you're ready,

Feel free to flutter open your eyes and have a blessed day.
